If you live in the downtown area and are looking for a professional car wash, the guys from New Shine Auto Bath got your back. I recently took my car for a detailed cleaning cause it was extremely dirty and full of dog hair. After looking at all their packages, I decided to go for their Ultimate Detail package for $45. After 60 min my car was looking so fresh and clean I wanted to drive it all around town so that people could see how awesome my car looked. I will definitely be coming back to New Shine Auto Bath to pamper my car in the future!

And still had as great as a turnout as I did in my truck, no doubt! We are sold with Joy Carwash. I can't get over how my truck is still clean as it was two weeks ago. Now the fleet at my house looks sharp. I've already got the neighbors doing double takes. And most of all my wife is happy with her spiffy clean whip! You know what! It might not be a bad thing after all because she no longer has that "babe, I need a new car look" in her eye. I just might have saved thousands by coming to Joy Carwash. So bring your cars over. I just recently purchased a monthly membership because I wanted something closer to my house. The…read morefirst day of my membership went smooth. But the 2nd day is where it started going down. I showed up to wash my car and there was a long line. One of the workers came over to my car and informed me that the machine wasn't working. He said they were trying to fix it but he wasn't sure when it would be fixed. Needless to say I had to leave. The 3rd time I tried to wash my car but when I pulled up the reader couldn't read my license plate. I pushed the help button but nobody came to help. I continued to push the button but still nobody came to help. All the cars were in line and the machines couldn't read anyone's license plate. We all had to back out so we could leave because nobody came to help. As I was leaving one of the workers came out of the office and made it seem we were bothering him. I don't know his name but he told me on the first day that he was a trainer. I'm beginning to think I made a mistake switching to bubble bath. Because on top of all that when the wash is working it still misses some spots and doesn't completely dry my car. They really need to do something before more people start leaving

I presented a $250 gift card that I purchased online. Jose told me the gift card was "expired"…read morebecause they changed systems, which didn't make sense since gift cards are not subject to expiration dates by state law. He offered to charge me $200 in CASH, which I agreed to under the circumstances. However, when I asked for my gift card back, he said the price included the gift card -- meaning they would keep the $250 gift card and charge' me $200 cash, which was never explained upfront and extremely misleading. I would not have agreed to the transaction if I had been told the business would keep the gift card entirely. WhenI voiced my dismay, he told to pay nothing and never go back. Given the disappointing experience, poor detailing, and questionable business practices, I have absolutely no desire to return. Abstain from purchasing their gift cards.
