I agreed and scheduled the service. The technician arrived about 30 minutes later than scheduled, which I was informed of ahead of time. During a brief text exchange with the owner, I expressed concern due to a prior negative experience with another company. The response I received made the interaction feel slightly tense, including being told I could "find someone else" if needed. When the technician arrived, I explained the issues and the codes I already had. During the inspection, the technician began deeper inspection work on the vehicle. I was not clearly informed beforehand that more extensive disassembly or work beyond a basic diagnostic could result in additional charges. Afterward, I was told the diagnostic would actually be $200 due to the depth of the inspection, despite originally being quoted $65. After discussing this, I was ultimately charged $75. I expressed concern that the pricing change was not communicated upfront. The owner later acknowledged that he should have communicated a pricing range and that this was a mistake on his part. I requested a copy of the diagnostic findings I was being charged for. The response indicated there was no formal report, but pictures and a summary were provided. Communication afterward included frustration from the business regarding the reduced payment, despite the pricing change being due to lack of prior disclosure. While I do believe the technician performed the inspection thoroughly and provided useful findings, the core issue was the lack of clear communication around pricing structure, scope of work, and potential cost changes before work beyond a basic diagnostic began. I would recommend future customers get very clear written confirmation of what is included in the diagnostic fee, whether deeper inspection can change pricing, and what documentation will be provided before service begins.

He gave recommendations based on other things he noticed and sent me an estimate for those services right away. He provided video of the issue, receipts and an invoice itemizing work performed right away. Communicating via text was so helpful as I was coordinating the repairs while working, and he made everything so seamless! I will definitely be using Tapia Auto for all my needs going forward!

I reached out to CarWorks and Kristina replied almost immeadiatley to set up an estimate. Kristina was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She knew just as much about the repair that was going to be needed as she did the corrupt insurance company's that we had to rely on to get the repair done. My car was a 2018 Subaru Forester XT with 45,000 miles and in perfect condition. It was determind that the B Piller on the passenger's side was bent and needed to be replaced. Liberty Mutal and their appraiser 'Snapsheet' pushed to have the B Piller just repaired but at my request to have the car only repaired back to Subaru specs, Kristina wouldn't budge demanding that it be replaced. After 3 months of Kristina and myself going back and forth with Liberty Mutual, literally hundereds of emails and phone calls, they totalled the car. It was heartbreaking but at least there was going to be a resolution as Liberty Mutual was now refusing to pay for my rental car any longer. This seemed to a positive thing at least for me but CarWorks got screwed with this total. Liberty Mutual refused to pay and pick up the car from them, disputing storage fees that started the day my car got dropped off for repair. Liberty Mutual's postion was that they start paying the storage fees once the car is deemed totalled leaving CarWorks holding a $17,000 bag. After all of this Kristina still continued to help me navigate the closing of the claim. I cannot thank CarWorks enough for helping me navigate a really bad experience and learning lesson with car insurance company's. I absolutely recommend them if you need any sort of car body work done.

I recommend going some where else, anywhere else…read more Just showed up to check on my cars progress after 11 days of almost zero communication only to be met by Jason who was immediately defensive of my fair questions about what my options are/were. Jason was only interested in telling me about his extensive knowledge, how he had a Porsche (still not sure why that was important for me to know) and how he couldn't really tell me anything, nothing was their fault and all I could do is call my insurance company. He made fun of my frustration pointing out my hands were shaking and seemed to just want to win an argument in front of my wife and another man hanging out in the office. Jason seems to know very little about customer service, and could care less about the client. He was constantly interrupting me while complaining that I wasn't letting him talk enough. (At this point my wife literally walked out of the office in frustration) Jason did everything but refuse to give me a way to give me my car back. I'll be sure to update my review once this gets resolved. Jason cares a lot more about being clever and making you wrong than really listening or helping.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They not only rotated and balanced my tires, but also pulled a nail/screw out and aligned my front end ALL for 89.99 as promised. That was $30 cheaper than the competition for a 1 time alignment and they went above and beyond to make sure my experience was exactly as it should be. When my tread runs low, they'll have my business as the next team to take care of my tire needs 100%. Thank you guys!

Recently had a great experience here. I don't live in San Tan Valley but had this Discount Tire put…read morenew tires on my BMW because the tax rate is low and because they have great reviews. The person I dealt with was super thorough and made sure the tires I ordered online were the correct size and whatnot. After that, the process was super quick and they had me out of there relatively fast. Very happy with my tire purchase (went with Michelin Pilot Run Flats) and I like them better than that Goodyear tires that came with the car.
