Cheese not melted on grill cheese.

Ordered chili dog, chili was cold, ordered burgers the bun was cold and hard, had to send food back. Grilled cheese sandwich and the cheese was not melted. Terrible food and service.. this place used to be the bomb... now it's a joke...

Ordered a bacon steak-burger meal with fries plus an order of chicken tenders. The burger was cold, fries were cold, but the worst part.. THE CHICKEN TENDERS WERE RAW Tried to call the store to tell them they were serving undercooked food, and they hung up on me 3 times after picking up the phone. The company customer service line has been disconnected... Don't eat here.

Sad seeing such bad reviews. My daughter and I came in today and had a delicious meal. We had great service and talked to a fella who brought out the shake that was more than kind. We really enjoyed our experience.

A smoked turkey I made. Nothing to do with my rating but but it was the only way to hit next.

Lousy customer service only complaint 85 characters just doesn't do it. Belive me I tried Drive through girl needs to lose her job

Unacceptably long wait times in the drive-through. Also, they are often out of important items like cheese, lettuce and tomato.

I enjoyed the burger for the most part, the meat could use a little more seasoning, but it wasn't a deal breaker. The kids burger was so cute, on a little slider bun & perfect for my 2 year old! She tore the burger & fries UPPPP! Haha The employees were very kind & very helpful with suggestions! Inside was nice, not too crowded and outside seating was available as well. The staff was very helpful in trying to find us something safe to eat because we have multiple medical dietary restrictions. Everything was HOT and delicious! We tried 3 burgers, 1 chicken sandwich, fries and tots all were good. Now this is greasy diner food so don't go in with unrealistic expectations. But this is a family place and a great option for the GF community. We will definitely be back! Just so you know...the chicken tenders, fried pickles and onion rings can be GF but are NOT dairy free. The fries and buns are GF and DF. MY only note we went on a Saturday and the bathroom floors were sticky and the booths needed a better wipe down. I know it's hard to get everything done but a little cleaner would have kicked it up to a 5 Star for me.

I've owned a restaurant in downtown Roswell I called this place out years ago for switching meat purveyors on the hanger steak and serving a lower grade meat. You know what happened? It got fixed. I came here years ago and had a subpar experience with a bartender who was too post counting her tips to serve me and my date on a Friday. You know what happened? They changed management. This place is what defines top tier. This place is what it means to deliver consistency in the name of public service. I had eaten here 237 times in a single year. I'm telling you: the menu is not driven by margin. It's driven by experience. I've eaten it all. You'll find a packed bar most nights because the regulars love this place. You'll discover bartenders remembering your drinks, servers remembering how you want your steak cooked, and hostesses knowing you prefer the bar. This is a 5 star experience with 3.5 star prices. It's elite in that regard, a date night spot or solo hangout that will never let you down. If Salt ever leaves Woodstock, may the bedrock beneath it burn.

The ambiance is nice and downtown Roswell is always a good time, though parking can definitely be a little rough. I didn't love my sparkling rosé, but I'm picky, so take that with a grain of salt. The Louisiana eggrolls were just okay in my opinion. Not bad, just not memorable. Overall, good food, good service, great setting. Order the mussels and you'll be happy.

I feel like the cook must've been on a break. We ordered them medium and they came out closer to rare. Because we were in a hurry, we just ate a bit (mostly the outside of the burger) and took the rest for our dogs. The burgers were very flavorful but we just couldn't get past that rawness. We would definitely come in again though and probably order the burgers medium well. It looked like a cool hangout out spot in the evenings for a few beers. I believe there is live music as well but I'm not positive.

When I have come here in the past, I've gotten the Johnny Cash Burger; imagine the width of a Whopper but with a 10oz patty... yum! This time around, I got a plate of their jumbo wings! I got a mix of the Ya-Ya-BBQ and the Lemon-Yaki. The sauce on the wings was fantastic, but the wings themselves were a little too crispy for me. The tator tots, however, were extremely crispy in the best way! My friend enjoyed an item off the brunch menu... the City Slicker Breakfast Bowl. Now this was truly very tasty, but the price for a little breakfast bowl was a little surprising in my opinion. While the food was just average for a bar, the experience was special. The two ladies who served us were friendly and down-to-earth with that true "make yourself at home" southern hospitality. They checked in on us super frequently and ended up giving our table a whole pitcher of sweet tea for free refills (we drank the whole thing). They did a special night at this location where they played exceptional 80s Rock for hours on their stage. The live singers are always so good here... If you live near the Woodstock area and you happen to come by, I would absolutely try and time it to be here during a live music night. You won't regret this experience with some friends!

We chose a comfy booth and looked the menus over. The menu is not the largest I've seen in a Mexican restaurant and there was no "lunch menu," but the prices were good and I like the fact that you can order items a la carte. I chose chicken soup and an enchilada; my brother ordered fajitas. The food was delicious! My brother said the fajitas were the best he's had in a very long time and they were reasonably priced as well. My soup was lovely and the enchilada tasty. The chips here are also some of the best I've had in a while, super thin and crispy. At the end of our meal, we were brought a free dessert (sopapillas drizzled in chocolate with whipped cream on the side). Yummy! The service was also amazing. We will definitely return here when we're in the area.

The birria tacos didn't have a savory flavor profile and the consommé was watered down. I will say that the birria tacos did come with a lot of meat though! Not sure if I would come back to this restaurant.

However, once I realized you could waitlist online, it was a game changer. We got: Biscuit with fried chicken smothered in gravy: The seasoning on the fried chicken is great, and the chicken itself is juicy and perfect. Pair that with their exceptional gravy and a hearty mouthful of biscuit and it's a done deal. It's a HUGE portion, so come hungry or share. Classic breakfast (forgot what it's called but eggs, protein, biscuit, grits): I got my eggs scrambled and these were probably the best scrambled eggs I've ever had outside of my own home. It was just the way I liked them--definitely scrambled, but juicy, flavorful, and soft. The grits were a crowd favorite on our table--super rich and creamy. Smoked ham was salty (as most smoked ham are) but incredible soft and nice to eat. I thought my favorite would be the biscuit (I'm a HUGE biscuit girl) but it actually wasn't as buttery as I thought. It wasn't bad, but I think I'll take the grits over it any day. I can't believe how delicious this place was. All the plates coming out looked amazing (the sweet breakfast items, wow!) and we are definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu. I'd say this is a 4.5 due to the biscuit falling a little flat (not literally because that thing was fluffy!) BUT service was also great so it's bumping up to a 5. We're so happy to find a go-to brunch spot in this area--definitely give it a try!

As I was preparing my coffee, the customer behind me--who appeared to be of the same race as the cashier--also ordered an orange juice. At that point, the cashier stepped over, retrieved the juice herself, and announced, "That's the last orange juice." I immediately stated that I had already been sold an orange juice and asked what I was expected to receive. I was then told I could have apple or cranberry juice instead. This interaction left me confused and concerned, as the only apparent difference between how the two transactions were handled was race. Regardless of intent, the situation gave the clear impression that I was treated differently based on skin color. Experiences like this are unacceptable and deeply troubling. All customers deserve equal and respectful treatment. If you are tired of racism in any way shape or form stand up and do not support this.
