My advice to the owners: you have a great atmosphere, find your signatures! Me&Billy's pork chop plate puts your above-referenced pork dish to SHAME. Servers also carry themselves as if they are part of an elite group of fine-dining wizards, but they give Denny's level service and just act as pretentious as they can possibly fake. Bottom line: Fade the .3333 repeating nelson if you want to invest in a fine meal and take your hard earned money down to a place like Me&Billy's. The food will be orders of magnutude better and you won't be made to feel like an inadequate plebian for spending money there.
