He was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful, and he spoke both English and Italian fluently, which made our experience much easier and more enjoyable. He really went above and beyond, and his level of customer service is on another level. Staff members like Ernest make a huge difference to customers, and he truly deserves recognition for his excellent work.

You know exactly what you are going to get (if you've been to a five guys before) and then have lots of extra time to explore the city. We paid $35 USD for 2 burgers ( a little and a regular), a fry and 2 bottles of water. While may feel pricey for what it is, sadly it is not too off the prices in the US for Five Guys these days.
