Carmen put me back together again with the most thoughful and helpful bodywork I've ever received, all in her beautifully appointed studio. She asked all the right questions and applied all the right pressure in all the right places. She also played the most relaxing music, applied the nicest oils and stones, and generally helped me melt into the table. She then sent me back to my hotel with Epsom salts for a good soak. I wish I could take Carmen with me for the rest of my bicycle tour. If you are in Flagstaff, don't pass up the opportunity to have this maestra work on you!

I read lots of reviews, made a couple calls, and felt this place would be perfect. I was correct! Dawn and her staff were absolutely the best. I loved the rocks, minerals and all the beautiful precious things all around. My massage was so awesome and relaxing. She had the perfect, intuitive touch. The room very comfy and great ambiance- or vibe. Loved the oil she used too: calm and peace I think it was named. My friend loved her body work by Dawn- Chakra clearing, energy work. She was very happy with her experience too. Then we purchased some unbelievably inexpensive mineral/rocks and I bought a lovely lighted mineral lamp. We both say we will return here- very peaceful and loving energy. DO give this gem of a place a try.

I had to get my body in order before my golf rounds in Scottsdale after a fiasco round in Utah. Luckily, Danielle was available on an observed holiday as many other places were not. I booked a one hour sports/deep tissue massage. Danielle is a mobile service provider. She brings a very comfortable and heated (optional) table with all the necessary oils. The massage itself was a mix of relaxation and pain, but in a good therapeutic way as some of the deep tissue had to be worked on. By the time she was done, my shoulder and neck was feeling much better and most of the pain was gone! There will be some soreness from the massage so I'd recommend to do it a day or two before any sports activities.

I'm pretty sure I had the male masseuse that everyone in the review's were talking about and I found his massage service to be extremely enjoyable! He worked on all of my sore spots super well and I came out extremely relaxed! My partner said his massage was super good and that the masseuse worked super hard on his overdue knots. We did have to pay beforehand BUT they don't make you sign until after you finish. I'm sure this is a direct result from walkouts so I completely understand. If you want an extremely well done massage then go spend 2x the price at Massage Envy. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for and for the price I paid, I'm extremely happy about it. Regarding to the discrepancy via the website and in store prices, I can easily tell you why that is: they paid for a website developer and/or probably don't have the technical knowledge on how to edit a website (it's very hard, and even harder when you're an immigrant). It's also not that big of a discrepancy either ($10). Reminder that not everyone has the privilege of being born in America. Insinuating that other practices are being performed (via Sara's review) is racist and flat out ignorant.

We got there at 5:35pm and as soon as we were greeted, the owner already asked for a payment of $160, even before we got the service. I almost hesitated but I desperately needed a massage . We were then brought into a room and was asked to lay down. The owner did mumble that her co-worker is still busy. 6:00pm came and no one has come yet, and by 6:10pm, my husband asked me if we should get dressed already and walk out. That was the time when the owner and another lady came in to start the massage. The owner did my massage. She started on my head and it felt like she was rushing. Then in the middle of my massage, the phone rung and she answered it. Then walked out the room after 15 minutes to cater to someone who walked in. She was gone for a couple of minutes and did not apologize when she came back. Then for my husband, he told me he almost fell from the bed when the lady tried stretching him. I did hear the lady giggled and my husband confirmed that it was because he almost fell and she did not apologize to him. He also said that the pressure was inconsistent and mostly it was more on just light massage, even though we told them we want a deep tissue/thai combination. Then by 7:00pm, the owner said "Okay, all done!" And the lady who's doing my hubby's massage also said "done". We both looked at the clock and we knew we were short-changed. So before we walked back to the front desk, I asked my hubby how much he wanted to give for a tip, and he said $10. So i told my husband, give $30 for both of us. When he wrote the tip on the receipt, the owner asked if he can make it "$40"... And my hubby said well you guys didn't complete the one hour, it was only for 50 mins. And the owner said, we came inside the room at 6pm. And I told her "nope as we were about to get dressed at 6:10pm, and you made us wait for 30 minutes." She then agreed $30 is okay. We are generous tippers when it comes to massage if we feel the masseuse worked hard for it. But we were disappointed on the service from this business. If you'll ask me, just avoid this business.
