Today we…read morebooked an appointment for 12:30, had a bit of a difficult time getting my son ready to go, we arrived at 12:36. Apparently one minute past the 5 minute grace period is enough for them to turn you away. I could understand if the chairs were filled and people are waiting but there was literally nobody in the shop and two employees sitting there doing nothing. I understand appointment times but one minute is ridiculous. An empty shop is even crazier. My son immediately broke down crying and they didn't even care to try to accommodate.

The barber didn't even bother to approach us, check us in, or communicate about the wait. He purposely double booked my son to be mean. It's frustrating, especially with a child, to be ignored like that. Basic customer service--like greeting customers and setting expectations--goes a long way. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. I won't be returning, and I hope they improve how they treat customers in the future. For some reasons barbers here dont looked happy!
