I suggested we may need a pump but he wanted to check everything thing else first so I didn't have to buy a pump I didn't need. Each step of the way he explained what he was doing and why. I'm a curious person and love learning, this was great for me. After going through all the checks we did need a pump. He offered one at a reasonable price and got it installed within the hour. We've had maybe three different septic service companies over the years. These guys will be ours forever going forward. Stand up honest people who really care about the home owner. Left at 6:30 AM to drive out to the job meeting- received a call cancelling our morning appointment and could "reschedule at some time later in the afternoon". They went up, pumped the system and didn't change out the pump I called this morning to see what happened because this is a rental property and the very nasty lady said that the well pump she does not believe was changed out. It was just emptied, so I asked if it would have to be pumped out again and she said yes so they could change out the pump!!! why didn't they change it out there yesterday the lady explained because there wasn't a technician on site! Are you kidding me give me a break so now we have to pay to get it pumped out again when the technician is there! I'm not paying this bill. They can go fly a kite.

My typical go-to provider really dropped the ball, wasted 3 days, and still misdiagnosed the issue, which sent me scrambling to find someone else who could help me out in a real hurry. CJ and Peyton got back to me in 10 minutes, were on-site within the hour, correctly diagnosed the problem (incorrectly installed float in the effluent tank), and had it expertly resolved in time for dinner. $175 to fix it right, vs. the roughly $1,500 my old provider wanted for work I didn't actually need. They were very clear about what I needed now vs. what they recommended I do at some point in the future - no high-pressure sales tactics here. They wrote it up well enough that I could have anyone do the future work if I wanted (but why would I go to anyone else?), and they didn't even charge me an emergency fee!
