Arin was presented to me through Yelp and I'm glad to have came across her business and worked with her. What she charges for her services is reasonable and I would say well worth it. She was responsive throughout the entire communication process while also preparing my taxes for e-file and she even helped save me a few thousands on what I initially owed! That's a winner right there! Arin you have made a life long customer, you are my tax advisor for years to come. Thank you for your professionalism and expertise!

He ignored me from the beginning and only talked to my husband, except when he needed my signature. Seriously, are we in 1500 where women just get ignored?! He didn't tell us what we signed, and before we knew it he asked my husband how we want to pay the 230 $ fee. We would have never done this, if we would have known before that they will charge us that much. After giving him our perplex looks, his answer was just like, oh I already submitted it and we can't redo it. Such a bad experience! We did call the district manager afterwards and are now trying to get our money back.
