Went into to figure why my alarm has been going off randomly. They said it might be the auto start…read morethat was put on after buying the car but we told them that wasn't the problem since We had that removed then put back on by another mechanic since the alarm went after during that time. So that wasn't the issue. This mechanic still proceed to say that was the issue then took out the auto start and didn't put it back in after the alarm still went off with the auto start unplugged. We still payed for the first time and the second time since they said they'd put auto start back but didn't. They didn't listen. Didn't fix the problem and it was a waste of time and money for nothing to be done.

I gave the green light for that and then get a call that they need to replace the battery when that's why I brought it there in the first place?? not only that but whoever is answering the phones here thinks it's appropriate to hang up on customers when they ask for an explanation. DO NOT GO HERE unless you're getting EVERYTHING in writing. They will call you a liar when they're being dishonest.

So I called to ask if someone could replace the trim clips. I have an enormous assortment, which I purchased online. Anthony said to bring the car over, and he'll take a look. Well, none of the 620 clips in the box will work. Pfffft. He said that the clips have to go in a certain way, and they slide on. He said that I will have to go to Land Rover for the clips, and he would install them. He very kindly put some more tape on the trim, and didn't charge me for it. I will get the clips, and return. I also need his help with another issue, and I feel very confident that he'll do a great job at a fair price. I am delighted to have found a good mechanic!! I have a wonderful mechanic in Colorado, and wasn't sure if I could find one of his caliber in NY. I'm happy to say that I believe that I have!

Arrived at 8am , was told multiple times , your Jeep is being worked on. I saw 8 other people walk in , they were taken care of. Every time your guy said thanks and sorry for the wait to them. I never complained. I sat for 3hrs , no sorry for the wait or thank you. In at 8am out at 11am , $566. If he is still there I will never go back. Horrible , this is just a flat tire place , anything more than that you wait 3hrs.
