Service Great Short drive. Get lottery tickets there. Close to Pulaski Tn. Leave there and go to Jack Daniel's. Nice little day trip.

Extremely clean store, very open layout. There are roughly 8-10, six foot tables inside so you can…read morescratch off your tickets, or filling out your tickets on a hard surface inside the store. They also have two "vending" machines of lottery scratch off tickets. The bathrooms are cleaned all the time by the employees and they are very well kept. At the counter they have two sides of lottery tickets, anything from $1.00 to $25.00 scratch offs. Around 50 different tickets on each side. All different games, you pick your poison. You can purchase entire rolls of your favorite ticket, or choose multiples of different ones. If you win, you can return here and trade in for more tickets, or get the cash back. If you lose, you can download the TN lotto VIP suites and input the tickets to claim points and prizes for redemption. Anything over a certain amount, you have to claim from Nashville (maybe one day I will come across one of those). If you like a bit of gambling or wanna try out your hand, check out this place.

I have been to this establishment at least once a month and never had an issue til tonight. Newer…read morecashier who had a poor attitude (stated, "I'm not even supposed to be here", and for a customer ahead of me : "I don't understand what she wants") admitted to not giving me what I asked, after messing up the fist time on my first transaction of the lottery order. Assistant called in, then for my issue, the manager from the Shell station next door. Manager stated the owners would not fix the issue because it was such a "high threshold" of cost, and because I didn't fill out the "Quick Pick" boxes on 108 slips of paper for my order to help them avoid confusion. Will not be returning, and nor will the other members who are in my group. I recommend everyone not to go back.
