It took me a few weeks before I had a chance to go back to the store. The man behind the counter (owner?) almost didn't refund me the money. He said it was my fault that I waited so long to bring up the issue, and he didn't apologize for the inconvenience. This store also smells of cigarette smoke like someone is actually smoking in the store. I'm not sure why anyone would take their clothes to a place that smells like cigarette smoke. I never leave reviews but this needed to be written.

"I could charge you a lot of money or you could just pin here." she's pointed out. Fair dues. This place is pleasant, efficient and really does have a "gentle touch". First off, their sewing machine was broken, so they called in a favor from a friend. Not sure if they borrowed a machine or if the friend did the work - but either way, they found a way to get it done. BUT it doesn't stop there. It was 10:30am and I had to leave for work by 1pm. They were not going to be done until around 4:30, giving me no shot at picking it up (and tomorrow is Sunday!) Seeing how much I was in need of getting this suit done and back, they offered to drop it off at my house for me! I don't know if this is a typical service they provide, but they knew I needed help and they were there. She said to me "I can tell you need some help, so we'll take care of you!" I had never met them before. Just cold called them off of Google. They are now my go-to cleaners. Give them a try if you are local. Class act. Genuine caring people.
