It took me a few weeks before I had a chance to go back to the store. The man behind the counter (owner?) almost didn't refund me the money. He said it was my fault that I waited so long to bring up the issue, and he didn't apologize for the inconvenience. This store also smells of cigarette smoke like someone is actually smoking in the store. I'm not sure why anyone would take their clothes to a place that smells like cigarette smoke. I never leave reviews but this needed to be written.

I've had clothes successfully altered here, but have also been turned away from alterations. "It doesn't need it." Christina has said. "I could charge you a lot of money or you could just pin here." she's pointed out. Fair dues. This place is pleasant, efficient and really does have a "gentle touch".
