Horrible service, and the price of my insurance goes up every single time they renew my policy, despite my driving less than 100 mi a month woth no accidents and using the "drive and save" or whatever ita called, without even asking me if I want to renew. You'll only talk to the main guy for him to sell you a policy, after that you'll have to deal with random office girls who are unhelpful if they even feel like getting back to you at all. 0/10 worst experience I've ever had woth this company, prices and "discounts" are garbage. read more

Mr. Middleton is quite the character. I left him a very poor review on google, because 1. Every time I call his office it takes multiple calls to get simple things done. 2. His staff is not trained, for two years I've been suspending coverage on my Porsche when I leave Florida except for comprehensive. He told me today that the company stopped doing that years ago. 3. Said that I was abusive to his employees, He told me that all calls were recorded, I asked him to tell me what I said that was abusive, he couldn't. 4. He made discriminating statements about me. 5. He stated that he was only reachable by calling and setting up an appointment to meet with him. 6. No phone number for him is posted on his website, all other employees have theirs posted. 7. No email address is posted for Middleton, the only way to reach him is review his agency negatively. I have a long history with State Farm, and Mr. Middleton is the worst agent I've ever dealt with. What a great Insurance Agency. We moved from East Coast of Florida to the West Coast of Florida and were recommended Warren Middleton State Farm Agency. We received such personalized care from Libby she is amazing. She had to help with the transferring of all our policies and a delay with closing on the new home and she was right on top of everything. The day after my husband retired driving to our new home he got sideswiped by a man driving a pickup and boat. Libby was such help and took care of everything for us. I have been a State Farm customer for many years. What I have learned over the years is that you not only get what you pay for in insurers, but that the agent you choose is just as important. My last agent in California was awesome and I was a bit concerned that I would not be able to get the same level of service here, not knowing whom to choose. I called one agency that seemed bothered when answering the phone, so my second call was to Warren Middleton's office. Warren has been my agent for years now and I have been really happy with the level of service he and his staff have given over the years. Countless times over the years we've had to call the agency for help on the road due to various accidents or questions. The staff is very proactive too; if they need some documentation from you to lower the premiums they make that phone call and email to get it. When my daughter started to drive I was scared beyond belief that adding her to the policies would be astronomical...I was pleasantly and thankfully surprised I didn't have to sell my kidney. State Farm themselves are very competitive in their rates. I have had no reason to switch since 1993. We currently have six cars, life insurance, and home mortgage with them. I didn't know State Farm did mortgages, but now I do, and got a great rate and saved $300 a month...which now goes to kid's college tuition. Warren is a classic car buff too, so we get to talk classic cars any time I stop by. Did you know that State Farm insurance insures classic cars? Yep, neither did I, and again the rates are really affordable. Unlike the other big name in classic car insurance you are allowed to ACTUALLY drive the car. read more

I used this company for years and my son knows the owner personally (good man). The problem is, I was lied to after being in a rear end accident (not my fault) as well as a small parking lot issue (my fault). I received a letter that I was going to be dropped in March 2022 so i started looking elsewhere. I found a very smart woman at a company that researched State Farm and found out that I was not receiving discounts promised by State Farm for several years as well as that I was in the process of being DROPPED in January 2022 despite the letter that stated I had until March 2022!!!!!! The price was not bad the years I used State Farm BUT i was lied to and could have saved even more, which NOW i will be getting. Once a 5 in my book is NOW A SOLID 1 !!!! Whomever over there at Warren Middleton State Farm better hope the owner doesn't find out because he does not play well like this. Good luck. read more
