American Family Insurance dropped my housing insurance. It appears that they dropped me because of a flooding claim I made three years ago. They dropped me two weeks ago and I just found out. I was then told by Conley Eldridge from the Salt Lake City office that I needed to call the underwriter Mr Wies in Wisconsin to argue my case. Until I lost it I was told that the boss in that office Allen Johnson couldn't help me any more that Connelly did. I am a 100% Disabled Veteran. I have had three Traumatic Brain Surgeries and Retired after 24 years in the US Navy. So I have gone two weeks with out knowing that I didn't have home insurance. Was told that it was my job to call and argue with the underwriter, and that I couldn't speak to a supervisor at my local office. I have faith paid my bill in full every month. The only reason I found out that I was dropped, was because American Family Insurance refunded some money and I called them to check. Terrible company. Spit on vets. Spend your money some where else.
