everyone always has a bad taste in there mouths about insurance companies . For the most part I'd agree . But then there's company's like State Farm that truly leave an impression . From their fantastic customer service agents to their phenomenal manner of handling an accident. Genuine concern for you for the people involved, it's a rare experience. I was in a collision recently in my fathers vehicle brand new two week old vehicle and i totaled it I thought my dad's done he's gonna be paying for a vehicle he doesn't have cause they're not gonna cover this. I'm not on his policy no way they cover this but this is how so freaking amazing this company is My dad's full coverage includes collision and uninsured motorist, and all the good stuff included in a full coverage you know and wouldn't you know much to my surprise they covered every last bit of anything to do with the accident plus they covered the other guys car and his med expenses (BTW, he also had State Farm), they paid out every penny that the car was worth, which covered the bill from the finance company and whatever was left over because there was money left over they gave it to my dad. Yeah my dad ended up with money in his pocket after this accident . State Farm insurance company is truly 100% utterly amazing everyone needs to be insured by them they need to let go of any other insurance company they have and switch over to State Farm. It's the only company to have. -AlexNanez read more

We've been a loyal customer for over thirty years. The only time that we've needed to use roadside assistance was very disappointing. We had a blowout at night on my truck while pulling a camper in Arizona. I called state farm to request help. It took me around thirty minutes to get to speak to a live person. We had to wait another twenty minutes before help arrived. read more

Changed to this location because of the location to my house and was immediately harassed by my awful neighbors relatives that work for State Farm. Going to report for ethics abuse. Calling three times a week for house repairs and this is recorded on my cell phone. What is up with that? read more

State Farm Insurance is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I regret getting homeowners insurance with them. We had a sudden water leak in kitchen. There was a pinhole leak in the warm water line. The entire kitchen was ripped up. State Farm denied the claim!!!!! It's absolutely unbelievable. I have since learned that State Farm is notorious for denying claims. They simply deny them without sending anyone out. They don't return calls. They tell you everything will be covered to take pictures and then go radio silent. Emily, my claims adjuster, literally would not call me back. I called for 3 months, 28 times I left messages. She never called me back. I would call customer service and ask to speak to managers and file complaints. Still nothing. THEY DENIED THE CLAIM BUT NEVER NOTIFIED US. I FOUND OUT FROM THE WATER MITIGATION COMPANY. THIS HAPPENED 10 months ago and we have no kitchen. Still have not received any letter of denial. Nothing. It's unbelievable. PLEASE BEWARE!!! THEY ARE THE WORST HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE COMPANY. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. read more

Worst insurance in America!!! have had countless problems with them and i've never even crashed my car or damaged it so why am i on the phone with insurance every damn week?!?! Save yourself the headaches and never ever open a policy with them unless you want months of trouble. They've randomly dropped a car off my insurance multiple times, almost caused me to get my registration suspended, pricing changes 24/7 i'm paying double as my mom on a family plan for a worse car than her and her payment all the sudden cut in half, they forget to process payment for my health insurance every month, they juggle you around from rep to rep, even though you're supposed to have an "agent" they will never be available to help and you will be getting tossed around between people who just woke up or people who don't speak english. HATE! STATEFARM! i've seriously considered sueing them! read more

I belong to State Farm's "Drive Safe & Save" program. They give you a small beacon to monitor your driving habits. I needed a new one because died on the old one. The new one came with a card with a QR code on it. I scanned the QR code and it took me to the Taco Bell's website. I tried it again and it took me to the Taco Bell's website again. The QR code is not for State Farm, but an ad for Taco Bell. There is no link to the State Farm website to activate your new beacon. Why am I being told to scan the QR code when it's really an ad for Taco Bell. read more

State Farm Insurance - Ad for Taco Bell instead of being a link to State Farm - Home & Rental Insurance Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

This shithole corporation would rather pay millions of dollars for 4 celebrities and the advertising space during the Super Bowl than pay my claim for my messed up roof. My claim has been stagnant for over half a year! I've had these guys as my homeowners insurance for over a decade and never once made a claim. Now, they want to clutch their pearls over 15,000+ when they just blow cash over ads. What the hell is insurance for? This whole industry, and particularly this company, makes me sick. read more

if you don't need any services I have found them to be good. 2+ hours in 114 plus and that doesn't constitute an emergency. they are app reliant read more

I switched to SF 2 years ago because my premiums were too high. I ignored the reviews that they give you a great rate at first and then it increases, that's exactly what happened. I stayed with them because it's a hassle to switch. I recently got a non-renewal for too many comprehensive claims, glass (common in AZ) and towing!!! What?! I thought that's why we have insurance? Please think again before getting insured with SF. Good luck! read more

I was with State Farm for 37 years until this month when they dropped me because I moved to Arizona and had to replace three cracked windshields in 3 years and was told they didnt count against me because they are so common here. I also hit a stray piece of steel that was on the highway and they are counting that as an accident against me. So I switched to Farmers insurance and they still are taking the premiums out of my checking account. No loyalty at all! read more

Long story short, HORRIBLE customer service. Incredible how many of their agents don't know what they're talking about. They all conflict one another. I hate dealing with State Farm. Best to stay away from my experience. Never again! read more

I was with State Farm for 30+ years and files maybe 4 claims in those years. 2 for car accidents, not my fault. 2 homes policies for plumbing issues. After my last plumbing issue, they dropped my home owners policy. Do not use this company they do not have your back. The last issue I filed they never sent out a representative at all and took over 5 months to complete a fairly simple claim. read more

We have State Farm Insurance for 10 years for a rental property in Peoria, AZ. This year we had our first claim and it was a NIGHTMARE to deal with this insurance company. "State Farm is there" - NO, "State Farm is NOT There", is nowhere to be found when you have a claim. Do not be fooled by the nice advertisement, they will not be there for you. Once you have a claim, you call the 844 number and you will reach a call center. You can also file a claim on line and get a claim number. Then your adjuster will not call you for weeks. You will call back the call center, they will tell you they will leave a message for the adjustor to contact you. No one calls for few days. You will call the call center again and ask to speak with a supervisor, you will be told that there are no supervisors to be transferred to but they will ask the supervisor to call you. Supervisor will not call. You call again the call center and leave a message for your adjuster to call you. Then you will send few emails. After couple of days the adjuster calls and leave a message to call him back AT THE SAME CALL CENTER NUMBER, No cell phone given to the homeowner. My property manager keeps calling State Farm and now, we get the agent involved. Finally, after more than two weeks the adjuster makes an appointment to visit the property. It was a small leak that was not found for a long time so the adjustor said it was not covered. Fine, if that is the rule I would not have a problem paying for the repair. However, not to be able to speak with an adjuster right away, and to be contacted ONLY after numerous emails and phone calls that is not acceptable. As I said, it was a rental property and we had to start the work right away with our contractor. If you have State Farm insurance, change the insurance company before you have a claim. I am sure you will change it after you have a claim. We will change the insurance and hope to convince other people to do the the same. Horrible, horrible insurance company!!! read more

This is by far the worst insurance company. They may be good for its members. But let a member hit your vehicle. They are rude and nasty. After being hit by a state farm member who was clearly in the wrong and the insurance should of paid for the damage to my vehicle. I get a phone call saying we are not paying for the damage to your car and never will. Talk about rude. This woman was over the top rude. I hope someone hits her car and would like to get it fixed. What goes around comes around. Steer clear of state farm because they simply don't care. read more

I was a loyal customer for over 30 years with no claims and then had 3 claims in 3 months and 2 were my fault. They dropped me just like that, with no loyalty. No claims in 29 years and you are dropping me.Poor customer service no wonder everybody is always shopping and switching. I would never reccomend them after what they did to me . I would think the 30 years of payments would payments wouid pay for 5 claims of totals , but i guess that is not how they see it. I was sent a request from a recruiter to apply for to be a State Farm agent, all was good until they found out I was basically in their highest age group, the breakdown ended at 60+, which pretty much says if you're in that group we don't want you. Knowing that my daughter and I both took the test and compared answers afterwards, we pretty much answered the same. However, the biggest difference was our age. Therefore, if you are looking for a career change and even thinking about State Farm, please look elsewhere if you are over the age of 50. And even if you are under 50 look elsewhere as this company is as immoral and illegal as they get. A law suit for age discrimination is what they deserve. read more

Pay $151 a month for basic car insurance and roadside assistance. My disabled 75 year old mother waited over three hours for a tow truck in 50 degree weather blocking a lane of traffic and all State Farm could say was the later it gets the busier the tow trucks get.
