staffs are ridiculous and extremely RUDE!Especially a tall Spanish lady with a short hair&wearing glasses(probably she is one of the manager)One of my relative does not speak any English and unfortunately she has a accident last weekend at midnight. I went to their office with her on the following day to report a claim. I keep tried to explain to the staffs my relative really does not understand any English so how can she spell an English word? Later, a Spanish lady came to us. She repeat the same shit with an extremely RUDE attitude(keep asking why my relative cannot spell a street name)She said"u r with us already one month and u can't spell a word?" the first person you see when you walk into a building usually sets the tone so was the case for my experience at the State Farm. When calling the 800 number to switch my policy they directed me to the "closest office" which happened to be in West Delray more than 35 minute drive from my home, when i found out i woukd have to drive there for a walk around inspection, I called to find out if I could have an inspection done at a closer location I was told yes given this address and told to go ahead. I took my lunch break off of work as I was told it would only take a second I was greeted by a very rude lady named Linda who refuse to do it or ask anybody to walk around my car noting that there were no dents or scratches because according to Linda my insurance agent needed to fax over a form. she said nobody at the office could do it at that time I said ok thank her left called my insurance agent and for me there was no fixed form that needed to be filled out they never heard of that before and I instantly knew she just didn't want to deal with me. just because I didn't sign up at their office she informed me that they are independently owned and they would only do that as a courtesy they're "not even supposed to" I called State Farm they said this is not true different locations do courtesy inspections all the time.... I don't see what the big deal was I ended up completely missing my lunch that day because a rude receptionist couldn't be bothered I had to take another day leave work early and go have an inspection done. This cost me $ and time.... the girl that did my inspection was very pleasant that's the only reason why I gave another star, she was a sweet heart...... but first impressions are everything .....keep that in mind Linda. read more

Ron has been my family's agent for years and now that I've been back home (was living in another state) for about 3months and recently started insuring with Ron's agency. I now know why my family remains at his agency for so long. Previously, my insurance company, which shall remain anonymous, was decently priced but when it came down to service, I was frustrated and a lot of times found myself asking why I was putting up with it. When I came to Ron's agency it was refreshing to say the least. The office was clean, had style, and everyone presented themselves as not just professional but as friends as well and I could tell that the reps really loved what they did. Not only that, but I met the agent himself, who came to me and introduced himself as the agent and and supported his team. I was helped by Mandi, one of the representatives in the office who made me understand why I needed certain coverages and how those coverages actually benefitted me. I never knew I could learn so much about car insurance. I know it seems crazy to rant about an insurance company, but Ron's office and team really showed me that there are companies that cared, genuinely cared. I always get help when I need it, a call back if I leave a message, and most importantly I can actually speak to the agent about my IRA when I need to. Not a rep, but him who returns my call even after hours. I highly recommend this team and I know I am paying a lot more for insurance then I was but you know what they say, "you get what you pay for." read more
