I had a fantastic experience working with Rudy and Cassy at Bedford Insurance Group. I was…read morestruggling with the high costs of adding my teenage daughter to my car insurance, but they found a new policy that saved me $1,000 over 6 months! The process was incredibly easy I provided some basic info and had a quote within 24 hours. What impressed me most was their honesty; they also looked at my mother's policy and straight-up told her they couldn't beat her current rate, so she stayed where she was. They even promised to keep checking for her every three months to see if they can save her money in the future. If you want a team that is professional, efficient, and genuinely honest, I highly recommend Rudy and Cassy!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I…read moream a local Realtor, and I used Lauren in a personal capacity. I recommend her without any hesitation. Go to her in every situation. She is a pro and she will make the whole thing easy on you. Lauren placed five policies for me in a matter of weeks under a hard deadline, on a rental duplex other agents did not even want to touch. Property, flood, liability, and renters coverage for both units, all bound and paid before my prior coverage lapsed. She thought outside the box where other people just walked away, and she was completely professional the entire time. Every question I asked, and there were a lot of them, came back fast and straight with no guessing and no runaround. Michelle Silvester was terrific as well. For all your insurance needs, Lauren should be your first call. Lauren Hunt GreatFlorida Insurance, Palm Beach Gardens LaurenHunt@GreatFL.net 561-658-4077 palmbeachgardens.greatflorida.com

Very poor customer service after the policy was issued. My experience with Insurance Express was…read morefrustrating because the agent was responsive during the process of obtaining the policy, but became essentially non-responsive when I needed assistance with a straightforward policy matter. I sent multiple communications regarding my policy and cancellation request and did not receive a timely response or confirmation. For an insurance agency, timely communication and follow-through are extremely important, particularly when dealing with policy changes or cancellation. I ultimately had to contact Insurance provider directly to address an issue that I expected my agent to handle. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agency if responsive ongoing customer service and claim handling is important to you.
