Every single staff member was kind and attentive yet faced paced and efficient. I felt completely heard and that I was in capable hands. I have a recurring issue that has always been dismissed by other urgent cares, ultimately resulting in escalation and later hospitalization. Here, I was given the exact treatment I knew I needed in order to prevent the root problem from spiraling, as well as a some over the counter meds to ease my symptoms. Despite being vaccinated I was stunned to learned I contracted Flu A. We discussed medication and the doc took some of my preferences for my terrible cough and prescribed me steroids and tamiflu. Due to the holiday season and time of day there were no local pharmacies open. The doc went above and beyond to find me a pharmacy that was open and close enough by so I could start the tamiflu ASAP. My meds were ready in 10 mins and I could not be more grateful. The wait time was awful sitting there for an hour but believe the docs urgency in prescribing my meds prevented me from getting much worse. Glad to have them in the neighborhood.

Came here later with a broken foot because they were the only place at night that was still open, took my insurance, and was not an ER. This visit was the only time I went to the clinic and it was busy. It was right before closing too. They did X-rays on site and said there was no fracture and sent me away. Days later I went to a different doctor with a worsening foot and indeed it was a fracture. I think they were so busy and rushing to see everyone before closing that they missed it.
