"Start" is our stop. Another one of our favorite secret…read morerendezvous stops is "Start." A little less known crossroads, near the Mississippi river delta in Cajun Country, on the Louisiana side, is this lovely little Travel place. Inside you will find a little local "Start deli Cajun cafe." There, you can find boudin balls, crawfish pies, meat pies, fried fish & shrimp plates on "Fish Fridays." You can get their "Start Fried Chicken" specials all week. Hamburger steak on Mondays, Fried Pork Chops on Tuesdays & Chicken Fried Steak on Wednesdays laissez les bon ton roulet! OuiOui. Moi loves the local cajun fried pies here. The crawfish pies have giant chunks of crawfish inside them, superb, the best ones I have ever had. I was born here in Louisiana. I grew up on both sides of the Mississippi River. It's very beautiful out here in Cajun Country, one of our most favorite, if not THE most favorite, most romantic, most secret rendezvous stops, is here, at "Start" in BFE Cajun Country. The outdoor dining area is fabulous to kick back & take in the fresh country air & views. Relax, have a cup of Community coffee while you pump your petro & stuff your pie hole with local cajun boudin balls. OuiOui. As Robert Frost so famously said: "Two roads diverged in a wood and I - I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference." Dr Chef Life Lesson #2 "Stuff your eyes with wonder, live as if you'd drop dead in ten seconds. See the world. It's more fantastic than any dream made or paid for in factories." Hollywood is fake & AI is only as smart or as stupid as the person programming/writing the code. Living in the real world is Reality. The AI Matrix is meant to enslave you, program you. Keep you from fulfilling your destiny. It's very important to travel, be close to Nature, as Travel, is the only thing that you can buy that makes you richer. There is no Matrix out here. No one to "program you" trapping you by dogma -- which is living with the results of other people's thinking. "Nothing is more damaging to the adventurous spirit within a man, than a secure future. The very basic core of a man's living spirit is his passion for adventure." That's why "Start" is moi Stop. I took the road less traveled by, and that has made all the difference. Live wild and Free. Added to moi lists of "most romantic places in America." And Favorite "seafood places lists." OuiOui. Highest Recommendations.
