I got in the best shape I've been in since college. I went from being able to only do a few push-ups on my knees to pumping out 20+ at a time. The karate classes engaged my mind while working my body. Kickboxing left me exhausted but exhilarated at my progress. Most of all, it was so much fun. There is nothing like being out of breath from working out and laughing at the same time. Lastly, I've seen people post this before, but I've now experienced it myself - you become part of a family. I have moved away for work, but the people I met at KI continue to be dear friends. I encourage anyone to just give it a try; it will be more than worth your while.

However, they continued charge my card 2 months after the cancellation. After a bit of back and forth, they finally refunded my card for the unauthorized charge. But wait there' s more , they just charged my card again. The first time around was Sketchy. This time inexcusable. If you really must go there write a check or pay cash. We enrolled him hoping karate would help with his mental focus and overall health. It has done wonders. We've also seen huge benefits in his self-confidence, core strength, and stretching flexibility. What we didn't expect is that Master Randall is such a great mentor for the kids. He often adds short stories in the middle of classes with moral messages; having the kids participate and building their social skills.
