There was some old, degrading wire that we discovered and needed to have removed/replaced. William contacted me quickly, reviewed photos of the job, and gave me a fair quote. A couple days later NMA came back from a trip and noticed part of his room had no power. I contacted them again and they advised they will be right out. They came, found that the connection to the panel was loose, They made sure that everything was working before they left. William and Ryan were responsive, friendly and professional. These men are NOT certified or licensed. I repeat, they…read moreare NOT licensed. I urge you to look elsewhere. They hire out help from guys who are not licensed and will come to your home and quite possibly cause you more havoc than good. Ask them up front for licensing, insurance and if they are registered as electricians, plumbers, etc. The man who says that he is in charge is operating under the identity of another man listed as the business owner. They have different phone numbers and if you catch him off guard he will tell you his real name is either Lewis when his name is William :/ This young man sent out guys to my property that had no idea what they were doing. They tampered with both my electrical and plumbing and I had to have the work assessed by a professional and take pictures and make records of everything for legal reasons. It is very possible that many of these yelp reviews are from family and friends or paid third party. Be very careful who you let in your home. ALWAYS ask for their detailed paperwork and match it up with their driver's license if you have to. Whatever it takes because there is A LOT of fraud out here nowadays. I learned the hard way and I'm trying to help others not to have to. Wish you all the best in your home projects.

He pulled up my toilet use the auger on my drain my house took down one of the drains the line to take it down put in rubber gasket stuff merge it back and came back up and told me that everything was fine and he was done. They charged me $550 for I felt the price was fair. The next day I noticed my toilet was came back out, supposedly fixed it. It continued to leak. A week or so went by. I figured I would just take care of the leak myself under the toilet. I had to replace a valve under my kitchen sink so I sent my son into the crawlspace when he got down there. We had 4 inches of water all over the crawlspace, water from my washing machine, my dishwasher and kitchen sink all over the crawlspace. My son went down to look to see where the leak was at and found there was a punched in the side of the drain. I called back up and told the situation they came out put a fan in front of the crawl opening and tried to charge me another 165 dollars because I was "such a good customer " would not take responsibility for anything and wasn't planning to fix the hole because my "son did a good job patching it". Then wanted to charge me more to fix the toilet leaking as well. There are a bunch of hucksters don't use them.

Trusted professionals all the way!…read more We had a leak in our downstairs bathroom which was clearly caused by the master shower directly upstairs. We initially called in another plumber, and he and his boss felt very strongly that a hairline crack in the pan of our master shower was causing the issue. They came back with an estimate of $7,000 to redo the entire master shower (and vanity). What? We called Bommer Plumbing for a second opinion and boy, are we glad we did. Jim arrived right on time and he worked with my husband and me to troubleshoot the leak. He spent close to 90 minutes at our place. Long story short, the culprit of the leak was worn caulk along the top of of the master shower basin, NOT a hairline crack. We all cheered when the source was found! We saved thousands of dollars with this (accurate) diagnosis. And he even pointed out a potential issue with the electric source for our downstairs bathroom fan. Jim was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and hilarious. We were cracking jokes like old buds. He was awesome! And office staff is super friendly. They keep you apprised of your plumber's whereabouts on the day of your appointment. They even send a picture of your plumber so you know what they look like ahead of time. This was a great touch and much appreciated, as you can never be too careful these days. I cannot recommend this company enough.
