Let me begin by saying that when I initially started at Executive Park Physical Therapy I was in really bad shape. I was suffering from excruciating medial tibial stress syndrome . Which is basically a bad case of shin splints (the worse). It was so painful to the point that I was unable to run, or walk up and down the stairs, etc. People told me that I would never get rid of shin splints and that they would always hurt whenever I run. Just few weeks here and I was already seeing progress. My legs were feeling stronger and I was meeting my goals with great results. Dr. Ivan cares for each and every one of his patients. He listens to your demands and he provides the right therapy to relieve your symptoms. I now have "legs made of Gold", lol. Dr. Ivan is a wonderful Doctor, very knowledgeable in his work, and has excellent table side manners. Dr, Ivan and his team are very supportive, encouraging and display excellent professionalism. They basically treat you like family and ensure that your needs are met. Last but not least the facility is very clean, and they have top quality exercise machines. I was 10 mins late to my first appointment and had all my following appointments cancelled after making them 2 weeks ahead of time. I wasn't even told that they would be cancelled. The therapist gets paid regardless of me showing up. She claimed I disrupted her whole schedule but I was never treated that day since I was late, so I don't see how that could've disrupted her schedule. As a postpartum mom I am shocked by the treatment of the staff there they really have no compassion for those in pain. Rachel and Faith at the front desk were both uncompassionate for my pain or condition. We are in the midst of the holiday season so they really screwed me over bc finding someone else is basically impossible. I wouldn't recommend this practice to any new mothers.
