Carol, the owner, pays close attention to each patient and makes sure they are receiving individualized care. The rest of the staff, from the receptionist to the PTs to the interns are all consummate professionals and very kind and personable. I have done both land and aquatic therapy with SPPT and would recommend them for both. For aquatic therapy, they use the pool in the luxury building next door, which is very clever, because their clients get access to a real swimming pool that is very clean, has a clear roof so you don't feel cramped, and a locker room with showers. The only limitation is the hours for the pool (Tuesday-Thursday, from 11-4) but if that fits your schedule, I highly recommend it. I have worked with a number of their therapists and I found the experience seamless as they all communicate with each other. They are kind and compassionate and make the whole experience a positive one. I have witnessed a few people come to aquatic therapy for the first time and the therapists working with them took great care of them and accommodated their particular needs and issues. I highly recommend SPPT for all your PT needs! p.s. The photos on Yelp look a little outdated. The place looks very nice and modern.

Her ability to combine empathy with deep clinical knowledge makes you feel both supported and confident in your recovery. Since working with Jolie, I've seen a significant improvement in my condition. I genuinely look forward to my sessions each week, which says a lot when you're dealing with chronic pain. Everyone, including the receptionists, were so friendly and helpful with working with my schedule to fit me in twice a week. Kim was so helpful in explaining why we were doing certain exercises, she described my progress as the weeks passed, and she made sure I had the tools to continue the work at home during and after my physical therapy was over. Not only is Kim super helpful and knowledgeable, but she was so much fun to talk to for the 30 minutes I had with her twice a week. I'm very glad I found this recovery center, not only for the work we did on my knee, but for the people I had the pleasure of meeting while I was there.

This past July, I hurt myself during yoga (a result and mix of over-exercising/working out/pandemic stress) and I was referred to this practice. Before then, I had never injured myself physically and was experiencing - what I soon came to recognize - a high level of anxiety previously unknown to me. As someone who always felt extremely strong, both physically and mentally, I felt like a stranger in my own body. Dr. Niv (Zack) was my primary therapist and (while I wish I had never injured myself or had to learn what anxiety was) I consider it a major blessing that of all the PT's in the world, I somehow happened to find him. He is an expert, serious professional, and all around fantastic human being. I have never felt more safe, taken care, understood, or truly heard by a health care professional ever in my life. The care I received was always personalized and thoughtful. I always felt like he wanted to hear what was on my mind/concerns/etc. His understanding of the body and mind is incredible. My treatment always felt like an extremely educated and human approach. Something I (and everyone else) desperately needed. I could go on! While I am essentially recovered, I wish I could visit this practice every week. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Also noteworthy: The front desk staff are amazing - incredibly easy to make or change an appointment, assist with insurance/billing related questions or problems. The facility is clean & welcoming. I would love to share my experience further with anyone considering a visit.
