All the PT's I have worked with have been exceptional-they are caring, polite, kind and very knowledgable. They always check-in to see how the therapy is going and what can be improved/changed and they are all very patient and willing to answer questions and help guide the session. The office staff as well is exceptional, from the PT aide's to the front desk support everyone is friendly and welcoming even when they are busy and the phones are ringing and multiple arrive for their session. The office is very clean and there is rarely a wait when I come for my scheduled appointment time, they are almost always on schedule. I have been to other physical therapy practices over the years and I found this one superior--also they accept many insurances which has made things much easier financially as well. They seem to treat a wide range of ailments--my situation dealing with contact and painful headaches was a bit unique but they have three therapists who are trained in headache management and I have had the opportunity to meet with all three of them on different dates. That experience would have me rating Executive Park PT with 3 to 4 stars. They receive a 5 star rating from me, because of the time and patience they spent on my six year old daughter. About a month ago, my six year old, woke up suddenly one day unable to straighten her leg. This went on for a few days and she compensated with the pain by adjusting her posture and walking awkwardly. Eventually she couldn't walk and had to miss school. Any attempt at straightening, massaging or even touching her leg would make her cry hysterically. I was frantic and extremely concerned. I decided to bring her to Executive Park PT and I am so grateful for the attention they gave my little girl. They took their time with her, made her feel very comfortable, and made me feel at ease... These guys know what they are doing they are knowledgeable and true professionals. The therapists follow different protocols and the exercises were inconsistent with my injury. I was instructed to do neck and shoulder exercises for a hip ailment. However, when I showed up for the second session, the receptionist, Angelica, informed me that the session had been cancelled and the PT was not in the office. I had taken off work and moved an important meeting to show up, so the fact that no one called or texted me was extremely inconvenient. The receptionist, Angelica, showed absolutely no emotion or concern; she didn't make any eye contact with me and behaved in a bizarre and robotic way, just clicking on the computer without acknowledging me at all; there was a total lack of any kind of social ability. While it's highly possible she is neurodivergent (in which case her behavior makes sense) this is a business, and if someone at a business makes a mistake, the mistake should be acknowledged and the inconvenience to the customer should be remedied. I won't be coming back here.
