Jeff ran diagnostics, did some research and gave me the info I needed. Great job to Jeff and the nice lady acting as coordinator. I had a horrific experience at this dealership and want to warn the Aberdeen community. I came in…read morelooking at a vehicle listed for $20k ($23k out-the-door). Instead of giving me clear finance terms, the sales rep demanded my driver's license and down payment just to show me numbers. When she finally returned, she handed me a classic predatory 'Four-Square' paper sheet. It deliberately hid the APR, showing a $22k loan amount on the right, but a massive payment of $675/month for 60 months with $1k down on the left. Anyone who can do basic math can see that this is a hidden 27%+ interest rate (or thousands in packed loan fees). When I called out the ridiculous 20%+ APR and said I was leaving, the salesperson told me, 'Of course, you have 2 repos and trash credit.' This was a blatant lie to gaslight me into accepting a scam rate--my actual credit score is a 640 with zero repossessions. When I walked out, the manager and numbers guy literally followed me to the door, aggressively shaming and guilt-tripping me for 'making them work for free' because their hustle failed.Do not let them intimidate or lie to you about your credit history to pack your loan. I went down the road to another dealer, used my actual 640 credit tier, and got a brand-new 2024 vehicle for $505/month at 17% interest. Walking away from this place saved me over $10,000 in pure predatory interest. Avoid at all costs.
