This dealership charged me a diagnostic fee for pulling codes after they cleared them for other…read morework and saying they drove it 30 miles. I have paperwork to prove it didn't even move 2 miles so it was impossible for the cleared codes to reappear and they charged a 2nd diagnostic fee anyway. They LIED THROUGH THEIR TEETH. Had to threaten lawsuit to get my money back and they still insult and then refused to work on the vehicle. They are a TERRIBLE and DISHONEST group of theives in the service department. Jim, their manager is a beta piece of s**t. Probably is a cuck too. To top it off, taking my complaints up the ladder, they refuse to let me talk to their higher ups. The WORST group of people alive. Several visits and several issues: -Asked about…read moregetting new tires and they just printed a list of three options and sent me on my way, didn't want to take time to talk it out with me. -Also had to bring car in for a recall issue, and they made me bring the car in to "look at it" before they'd schedule to fix it, then brought in to fix it, and they did the replacement but broke a clip, so I had to drive back again for a new appointment, which got cancelled last minute. I live an hour from them and asked about them spotting me some gas money because I will now have driven 8 unnecessary hours all because of them- and was told I'd have to talk to a manager, so I asked if the manager could call me, and so far no call. -my wife also took her car here as well, any time she tried to call to get updates, they'd say they were "on lunch" and took forever to get a simple job done. -we also stopped by to look at purchasing a car, and when we said we wanted to look at used cars and not buy a new one, we were essentially dismissed. -harr has had many chances to change my opinion, and all they do is reinforce it
