The person who answered identify herself as Kim and I asked the address to the business and told her I need an estimated. She was very rude and told me they cannot do any estimated that morning. She told me in the afternoon with an attitude. I asked her if they offered courtesy cars and she told me "it depends" without explaining but wanting to get off the phone. I felt she was being rude and disrespectful with her tone of voice and told her I will probably will do business with another company and she answered, better yet and started laughing. What kind of business have this kind of customer service? I really think anyone thinking in the need to use a Body Shop should skip this company and look for a different option. Personally I will not use their services based on their lack of customer services's skills and rude attitude.

We went and got some food and when we came back, Todd (the manager) was there and we explained our situation. Not only did he let us store the trailer inside the company fence, he was able to get our trailer in first thing the following morning and back on the road before noon!
