Because it was a 'contactless' arrangement and involved interstate shipping both Morgan & I needed to bring our A-Game. That meant lots of email and phone calls to cross the Ts and dot the Is. Checked into the very nice Ramkota Inn and waited for morning. Checked the internet for local Brake Service outfits, and called Gellings. Dennis (himself) answered and asked if I could bring it in at 10. I did and we took it for a test drive before putting it on the lift for a look-see. A few other things were diagnosed as needing fairly near-term attention - including struts, shocks and new tires - but no pressure on those and we focused on the cylinders, drums and calipers. Integrity, Competence, and Service. Can't ask for more. Charged for 2 hours of labor, though the car was on the lift for 4. They also refilled my radiator and changed the cable connectors to the battery terminals for essentially gratis. (I had brought my own from O'Reilly - see that great review here on YELP as well - and they were in my glove compartment awaiting my personal attention at home). Great, great outfit. Cannot more enthusiastically recommend.

The person who answered identify herself as Kim and I asked the address to the business and told her I need an estimated. She was very rude and told me they cannot do any estimated that morning. She told me in the afternoon with an attitude. I asked her if they offered courtesy cars and she told me "it depends" without explaining but wanting to get off the phone. I felt she was being rude and disrespectful with her tone of voice and told her I will probably will do business with another company and she answered, better yet and started laughing. What kind of business have this kind of customer service? I really think anyone thinking in the need to use a Body Shop should skip this company and look for a different option. Personally I will not use their services based on their lack of customer services's skills and rude attitude.
