Thank you, Jonathan, et al. at Les Schwab in Aberdeen. Passing through Aberdeen on a long road trip…read moreand stopped to get an oil change at the Ford dealership. Asked for a tire rotation and the Ford service staff told me that they couldn't because my lug nuts were swollen (known problem with Ford lug nuts which is BS). I asked what it would cost to remove the lug nuts and replace them with new lug nuts (which will end up with the same issue), and was quoted ~$400. I left and immediately went to Les Schwab (which I had passed earlier in the day) and told them what was going on. Not only did they tell me they could get the lug nuts sorted out (with new one-piece lug nuts) but they'd rotate my tires too, all for $76. Yes, you read that correctly. $76 when Ford quoted me more than 4 times that amount. These guys at Les Schwab went above and beyond. They dealt with the swollen lugs, replaced them with the new ones, cleaned my wheels and hubs, checked and set my tire pressure, verified the tire pressure monitoring system was working, and had me on my way. I have been dealing with another chain tire shop for ~20 years but my experience today has me thinking that I'm switching to Les Schwab for all my tires (3 vehicles with all seasons and snows for each). The shop is new, clean, and well-run. Can't recommend them highly enough. 10/10. Thank you Les Schwab!

I worked with Nick for a deal on a 2026 Ram 1500 for my brother. Nick was amazing, very helpful,…read morequick to respond and most importantly, he informed me of ALL the incentives available. The quote my brother received from another dealer only offered the national incentive, no mention of any other incentives if you qualified. I would highly recommend Nick when purchasing a vehicle.

Bought a used truck at the end of March. Took the hour and a half drive home. Immediately started…read morehaving low coolant alerts. Brought it back and they diagnosed it with an air bubble. Which i thought could be feasible because they forgot to put the cover for the coolant back on after they had replaced the reservoir before i bought it. Clue #1 that they knew there was a coolant issue. Brought it home. Continued to have issues. Brought it back to them. Took almost a week and several calls to finally figure out what was wrong with it because the person i had talked to about it went on vacation and nobody else in the building could tell me what was wrong with it. And then told me it was my problem because I bought it as is off the value lot. And no this was not an $8000 vehicle, it was a $37,000 diesel. 144 k miles. But for a diesel not terrible. Just no warranty. Because I started having problems the day I bought it, I felt that they should be responsible because they obviously knew there was problems prior to me buying it that was not disclosed to me. I told them several times I feel it was the egr cooler as it is infamous in these vehicles after the research I have done. They assured me that their "best diesel mechanic" says its just the o-rings for the egr cooler. And that they would cover that $700 bill. 300 for the o rings, 400 for labor. I looked on Mopar for o-rings price. They're $3.00 a piece not 300. But whatever. This was gonna fix the issue. I put in a new water pump and serp belt as I felt that I was responsible for that as well as they did. Do you suppose this fixed the issue? Ummm, nope. But because the "beat diesel mechanic" is much brighter than some dumb girl, here i sit with a major issue and expensive of course, that needs to be resolved. I have bought many vehicles from them in the past and always had great luck, but something has changed. They will not stand behind their vehicles. Which tells me they are just there to sell a vehicle. Even though their mission states they are there to sell great vehicles to keep you on the road. The manager didn't even know that was on their website. Value lot? A 37,000 vehicle is a value lot vehicle?? What is wrong in this world? I think they knew something was wrong with it and they just waited for the right person to buy it. Well I guess that was me. So would I recommend anybody buy from them??? Absolutely not!!! Just warning those who need to be warned. Learn from me-----FATUCL! MY new title. (Screwed) at the used car lot and no I didn't like it! P.S. I had an actual diesel mechanic take a look. And guess what? The EGR cooler was cracked. AKA the exact thing I told them was wrong with it. So maybe they ought to hire a new "best diesel mechanic" who actually knows something about diesels.
