The staff is friendly, quick, and consistent. I have never had an issue with the wash itself or the service on site. The problem is the follow-up. Every visit triggers multiple text messages asking for a tip. It happens every single time. Two messages per wash adds up fast. It turns a simple errand into a steady stream of notifications. Tip fatigue is real, and this setup pushes it. If they cut the repeated tip requests, this is an easy five-star experience. Until then, the quality stays high, but the experience feels cluttered.
