The box obviously had been stored some very warm place, upside-down, and all the chocolates had melted together into one giant pancakey mess! And guess what? The phone number for LaChocolatier has been disconnected! Am I disgusted, or what? Now we get to see how good Amazon follows up on its customer service.

Additionally, on a previous visit we drove a good distance and arrived about 5-10 minutes before the posted closing time, and there was no line or anyone waiting to be served. The person working was outside the truck having a conversation with someone and told us they were already closed. It was frustrating since we made the effort to get there before closing. Seeing the truck closed while someone was standing outside talking made it a little hard to digest.
