This was me asking if I can get help after no one has contacted us. Also this is the email that was deleted.

Currently this clinic is closed as it is being remodeled but on their voicemail it says you can leave a message or email them to possibly get your pets records. Voicemails, emails and even direct messages on their Instagram have been left but no one is contacting my boyfriend or myself. I left a comment on a recent video they posted on Instagram and it was deleted. I then asked why it was deleted and now they have blocked me. This establishment is so unprofessional and inconsiderate of the needs of their clientele. All I wanted was the vaccination record of my dog.

Tuck is under and ready for his new life. Thanks Starlight!

Wow!! I'm absolutely blown away by the quality of not only service, but care that we received. Everyone in the office is amazing! From the moment we walked in our big guy was so curious about what was happening, and wanted to explore all the smells. They weren't upset one bit. They all fell in love with Tucker. He's a 61.9lbs pitbull. He's so very lovable! If you're looking for a vet that is going to take care of your baby/babies, and you're on a bit of a budget, this is definitely the place for you. The staff in knowledgeable, honest, and very kind hearted. I'll never take Tucker anywhere else! We love in Fontana, and there are tons of places between here and there, but as far as I'm concerned, there's no care good enough to surpass what he gets here!!

I have been taking my dog and dogs I have rescued to this clinic for years .. I have ALWAYS had a good experience! I have helped Veteran friends with their dogs some who could not afford treatment, Linda always assists..Her priority IS the Animal. Her heart is for the animal as are the people who work and volunteer there! My dog is a PTSD service/support dog, and when he had surgery for possible cancer, I was a wreck, I could not leave him .. Linda allowed me to stay and wait for him. The patience and the kindness of the staff toward me and my dog was unbelievable! Turns out Praise God..it was not cancer!! It can get very busy there as we have spread the word to other rescue groups of affordable care for dogs so that more animals can be saved.. Just be patient if you go in, adaptable, its not about You its about the animals!!!

This was my first experience with a low cost clinic I've always taken my pets to be sterilized to my vet. The place is a bit scary looking, but the staff is extremely friendly and obviously are all animal lovers. My puppy's incision has been healing properly and he was back to his normal self the very next day after all the meds wore off. The only complaint I have about the clinic was that they misspelled my name on the neuter certificate, I guess that could happen anywhere. Honest mistake. After I came in to pick up my puppy they gave me detailed instructions on what I should do to help my little guy heal and stay safe after surgery. A big thank you to all the staff who was more than friendly and informative. I would of not left my puppy there if it was not for the friendliness of the staff.

My Little cone Heads, after getting fixed at Starlight Clinic! Bailey & Chipper at 6 months old! Thank you Starlight!!

I wish i could give a higher rating that 5, this place is GREAT!!! I wont got anywhere else! I have 2 dogs, brother and sister, that are a yr and a half. We got all of their puppy shots, Micro Chips, Spayed and Neutered, and Year shots done here! Every time has gone extremely smoothly, my dogs actually enjoy going in and getting all the attention from the staff (including treats). Best of all I have saved SOOOO much money! At 4 months old the girl, Bailey, started having seizures. I started paying thousands of dollars to Emergency Clinics (always seemed to happen on a Sunday night when Starlight wasn't open) to tell me she is the Healthiest dog! Last month the seizures got so bad we put her on mediation. We got the medication from the Emergency Vet but this time I went to Starlight to get the testing done a few days after and it was 1/4 the price!! Once again, Starlight saved me so much money! Linda, the owner, called the prescription in to Walgreens (by my house) and it was $15 out the door (I PAID $60 for the same medication thru the emergency clinic!!!) I knew i would save money but i saved way more that I thought was possible! The Vets here are sooo friendly. I have taken Bailey in 2 more time since the testing and the Vet looked at her for free! Linda, the owner, is even more amazing! The 1st time i went in there i was almost in tears because i was so upset and zlinda was able to re-assure me Bailey would be fine. They are able to save everyone money because they work so hard! Each employee does the job of 5 people and do NOT stop all day- so please keep that in mind! I have always been in and out of there but I would wait hours just to get the low prices and professional & caring staff! THANK YOU SO MUCH STARLIGHT!!

They even placed a heart next to my cats name..awww. Steve Stone has fans!!

Every interaction felt thoughtful and intentional, and their professionalism gave me so much confidence that my dog was in the best hands. Our original invoice specifically states "Please schedule a 7 day recheck -- $0.00," "Suture Removal in 12-14 days -- $0.00," and "READY TO GO -- All Services in Visit List -- $0.00." Based on that invoice, we reasonably understood the 7-day recheck to be part of her postoperative care. When we returned for that scheduled recheck, we waited about an hour and the doctor looked at her incision for approximately a minute. We were then charged an additional $55. When we questioned the charge and pointed out what our original invoice said, we were told that although the recheck appears as $0 on the original invoice, they charge for the doctor visit when you actually return. That explanation made very little sense to us. The invoice has separate "Price" and "Total" columns, and the 7-day recheck is listed as $0.00 in both. If the recheck actually carried an additional $55 exam fee that simply wasn't being charged on the day of Pippa's procedure, we would have expected that fee to be reflected in the price or, at minimum, clearly disclosed to us. Instead, the requested postoperative recheck was presented on our invoice as a $0 service, and we were only told about the additional fee after we returned for it. We asked that our concern be sent to management and requested a refund. When we returned again for Pippa's suture removal, we brought it up and were told management still had not responded. It has now been approximately two weeks since our initial complaint and we still have not received a response. The $55 itself isn't the main reason for this review. What bothers us is the way the postoperative care was handled. After spending nearly $900 treating our cat, we expected the practice to be concerned with making sure her surgical wound was healing properly without turning a very brief scheduled postoperative check into another unexpected charge. The lack of response from management after we specifically raised the issue has made the experience even more disappointing. It left us feeling that collecting an additional fee for a quick follow-up was more important than providing transparent, patient-centered postoperative care. Pippa's medical treatment itself so far appears successful, and we're grateful that her wound is healing. But the billing practices and lack of communication afterward have caused us to lose confidence in this practice, and we will be taking our pets elsewhere in the future.

My interactions with Alyssa were frustrating; I found her communication to be rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, which made an already stressful situation more difficult. During a visit with my boyfriend and our dogs, I also felt uncomfortable with comments made toward my boyfriend that I considered inappropriate. At the same time, I felt my concerns were not addressed respectfully as a client. Additionally, I observed behavior that concerned me, including what appeared to be a staff member ending a call abruptly and then making inappropriate remarks about a client to another employee. This raised concerns for me about professionalism at the front desk. The front desk is the first point of contact for clients, and I expect clear, respectful, and professional communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously. While I appreciate the veterinary care provided, I believe the client service experience needs improvement. Based on my experience, I will not be returning and would be hesitant to recommend this clinic.

He was clearly suffering--and the clinic was aware, as I repeatedly communicated his condition through both phone calls and in-person visits. This all began after Tank was placed under anesthesia at this clinic on 2/12/26 for a dental cleaning and the removal of his front teeth. From that point forward, his health steadily declined. He began losing hair profusely and developed severe itching. We brought him back in, and Dr. Nathalia prescribed medication that had no effect. After over a week with no improvement, we returned, only to be given the exact same medication again, despite it not helping the first time. As Tank's condition worsened--his hair loss continuing and his face beginning to swell--we sought help at the Corona 24-Hour Emergency Hospital. There, he was diagnosed with a severe yeast infection and was prescribed prednisone and antibiotics for 14 days. After completing that treatment, I spoke with Dr. Silveria and explained everything Tank was experiencing. At that point, his condition was alarming--he had a strong, foul odor, was not eating or drinking, was shivering constantly, and could barely urinate. Watching him suffer like that was unbearable. Her response was, "Oh, he's doing this to himself," which was deeply upsetting and dismissive given the severity of his condition. When I asked about his symptoms, I was told they were due to the yeast infection. However, I felt strongly that something more serious was going on. Despite this, I was reassured that an itch medication would resolve everything and was told, "I guarantee that within 48 hours Tank will be back to his normal self." I was also instructed to continue hand-feeding him. There was no urgency, no further diagnostics, and no indication that his condition might be critical. That improvement never came. Instead, Tank continued to deteriorate. His condition worsened day by day, the foul odor intensified, and he remained in visible pain and distress. Tank did not deserve this. He deserved to be heard, properly evaluated, and treated--especially by a veterinarian who had cared for him since he was a puppy. His condition rapidly declined, and he passed away from sepsis on 3/25/26. I will never forget the pain he endured or the helplessness we felt, trusting guidance that ultimately failed him when he needed real care the most. I cannot shake the feeling that his suffering was dismissed and that more could have been done if his symptoms had been taken seriously. That trust was broken in the worst possible way, and now our dog is gone. I am sharing this so other pet owners will advocate strongly for their animals and seek a second opinion if something does not feel right. No one should ever have to go through this kind of loss, wondering if more could have been done.
