I looked all over the place to find a vet that I felt could take care of my diabetic senior kitty for her dental surgery. I visited 3 different vet locations and when I found 9Tails and met Dr. Tran, I knew this would be the place. As soon as I walked into the waiting room it felt like such a peaceful environment, and I knew my baby would be in good hands. Dr. Tran is the kindest vet I've ever met. I wish I had found her sooner. The staff at 9Tails is absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond for my Pretzel. They are kind, knowledgeable, and empathetic to pet owners. Thank you 9Tails. I recommend them 100%

Brought my dog in for an ear infection and had such a great experience here! Dr. Tran was very informative and compassionate, and the staff treated my pup with so much kindness. Pricing felt very affordable and reasonable compared to other clinics I've been to. I came in as a walk-in and was still seen, but I'd recommend making an appointment if it's not an emergency. The office itself is fun and welcoming--there's even a life-size Stormtrooper in the reception area that gained extra points for being a Star Wars fan. Everyone was so friendly and made my fur baby feel comfortable. Definitely a place I'd recommend and return to!

Five stars well deserved! I brought my pup, Chiquita, in yesterday, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The staff greeted us warmly and made Chiquita feel right at ease, which, as any dog owner knows, is not always easy at the vet! Everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. You can really feel the love they have for animals here. I walked out feeling confident that Chiquita is in the best hands possible. If you're looking for a vet that treats your pet like family, look no further than 9 Trails Vet. We'll definitely be back!

Wow! We are so happy to have found Dr. Tran and her 9 tails team . Our sweet boy Charlie had IVDD surgery on 2/16/26 and we were looking for an office that does acupuncture . We decided to give Dr.Tran a try, and boy are we so happy we did . She's so sweet and patiently listens and answers all of our questions . Grateful to have found our furever vet for our fur babies

We really like this vet and feel they're honest/trustworthy. They're great with all three of our dogs and their pricing is reasonable. My only complaint is that they can be a bit difficult to get a hold of over the phone and their schedule isn't very open or flexible. Despite that inconvenience, we will continue to come here because the pros definitely outweigh the cons.

I had a great experience bringing my cat Georgia here. The staff was so kind and took the time to explain everything to me. She had a dental cleaning with five teeth extracted and recovered very well--no more stinky breath! I'm so glad I found this place after moving to Corona and will definitely bring my other cat here too. Highly recommend.

9Tails is our preferred vet! Dr.Tran and staff are great and read each pup to ensure they handle them correctly. All three of our pups do great with her. These pics are with Pennie one of our Boerboels! She's great with large breeds. Vets office is very clean and Dr. Tran communicates great! Thank you for moving to our neighborhood!

Post-surgery, love the recovery suit from 9Tails

We went to 9Tails on Sunday after our dog hadn't eaten for a week. Before that, we had already seen another vet on Wed and Sat and yet they couldn't rule out the cause and Marble's appetite declined more. We're grateful that Dr Tran takes walk-ins on Sunday. We asked if an X-ray could be done. She agreed, and the X-ray showed what looked like a foreign body in our pup Marble's stomach. Following her recommendation, we went to the ER where they repeated the X-ray. The radiologist there didn't believe there was a foreign body, and after waiting for hours at the ER, the diagnosis was still inconclusive. The ER vet wanted to run more tests but eventually agreed that surgery might be necessary after the ultrasound imaging and a second opinion on the X-ray study indicated something possibly in her stomach. The next day we called 9Tails again, and they were kind enough to squeeze Marble in for surgery after her overnight stay at the ER. Dr. Tran performed the gastrointestinal surgery and took amazing care of Marble. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Tran and the 9Tails team kept us informed with phone calls and texts about the procedure, what she found, and how Marble was doing under her care. That level of communication meant so much to us during such a stressful time. Dr. Tran truly went above and beyond to treat our dog and helped us navigate a very scary situation. We're incredibly grateful for her compassion, professionalism, and dedication to her patients. Marble is lucky to have been in her hands. She's back to herself gradually and happily. Thank you Dr Tran & 9Tails Team

5 star as usual. Just had to bring in Bella for a rabies shot and flea meds. In and out. Hi Dr. Tran, sorry we missed you!!! Recommend 9 tails for you dog or cat or whatever.

Dr. Tran is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of our questions, and made sure Ollie was comfortable every step of the way. You can genuinely feel how much she cares about her patients.

Ask the Community - 9Tails Veterinary Clinic

Hello. How much to just bring my 14lb small dog in for Anal gland express? From inside?

How much is it to spay a 10lb Chihuahua?

Hi there. The estimated price would be approx $470. Although it would be best to actually see the veterinarian for a full exam and go over the estimate. If you decide to do the spay with us the exam fee will be waived

From day…read moreone, Amber went right to work and quickly developed a deep understanding of our beloved Chester and Ruby. She has worked together with us to improve the dog-dynamics in the household, employing the many tools and methods she has acquired through her experience and training. Amber took the time to understand the situations and events that were going on in our family and then gave us building blocks to help us achieve success in our journey with our dogs. We kept adding more "building blocks" with each session. Amber supported us every step of the way. Chester and Ruby were both adopted from a shelter, so we had very sketchy details on things that had occurred in their previous lives. But Amber was able to make a connection with both of the dogs very early on. Amber picked up on their specific needs. We feel like Chester and Ruby could relate things to Amber that we were not capable of seeing ourselves. For instance, we learned that Chester had fear and anxiety centered around abandonment. Ruby had the burden of feeling responsible for watching out for Chester and even some of the humans in the household. But we were only seeing the behavior that was triggered by the anxiousness. Amber helped us to see the root causes and worked to give us specific methods, tools and activities to address the issues. And this has allowed all of us to grow and get to a much better place! Amber has truly been a blessing to our family!

When I moved across the country to California, I STRUGGLED to find someone to watch him when I took my first holiday traveling back east. Everyone I reached out to, simply said "yes, just drop him off." I couldn't imagine just dropping my dog off that has had so much abusive before I rescued him. Amber did not do that! She understood my concerns, listened to me, walked me through how she would care for him, and most importantly - would uphold the boundaries and trainings he needs. She truly loves all babies as if her own. He had a great time with her that first time. It's now been 5 years and I will not leave him with anyone but Amber! Not only have I booked for boarding with Amber, but she has also done training with my boy too! As I mentioned, he's a rescue and had a lot of trauma before I took him in. Amber has done energy work with him, and trainings. This has helped us understand what happened to him with previous owners, how to heal those wounds, and customized trainings to help him move forward and rebuild that trust. Because of Amber, my boy has been able to work past resource guarding, living with multiple dogs, and more! My boy wouldn't have been as healthy and happy at 12 years old without Amber! When I wanted to surprise my wife with her dream doggie, Amber helped me find the newest member of our family. She took into considerations of our home, lifestyle, and other pets to find the perfect baby. We've had our newest guy for a year now and having this support has made the transition a breeze!! She has also helped with his training and he's made huge milestones! Amber as a person is to the most caring, thoughtful person ever. She truly cares about your baby and you. She's always there to help no matter the situation or your question. She's honest and fair - if it's something she's not sure of, she's honest - does the research or knows someone that can help you! I recommend Amber for anything and everything for your pet. She's is the best trainer and healer! Amber is always my go to person with my pets and I will always use her services for all of my future babies as well!!! Amber is quite literally his safety blanket person aside from me.

It's not what we wanted (him gone) but it was the right thing to do since he had become ill and wasn't wanting to eat. In contacting them over the phone and sharing our situation, the attendant was extremely responsive and empathetic to our situation. As the date got closer, our poor boy declined quicker and we even had to move the date up. The company was super flexible and understanding and we were grateful they were able to accommodate this move to two days earlier. When the day came, we were certainly sad. When Dr. Benson arrived, she was soft spoken and kind. She greeted Moose and as soon as he noticed someone had walked in he got up and wagged his tail the best he could. This scene brought me to tears because that was the essence of who Moose was as our pet. He loved ALL humans and was always seeking their attention. Dr. Benson pet Moose and gave him love and affection. He received it and then went to his bed shortly after. She explained the process to us from start to finish. She was gentle in her wording and handling of every last detail. We set Moose up in one of his favorite sunning spots in the yard on his bed. And gracefully, Moose crossed over the rainbow bridge. We were given plenty of time to spend with Moose as the sedative worked and then after the final moments we were able to say our final goodbyes. The gentlemen who came to take care of Moose afterwards was soft spoken and extremely kind. He took care of Moose and left respectfully as he came. We are so grateful from start to finish how this went with our beloved boy. We will forever miss him. But the send off he was given will be forever a part of his journey. Thank you, Paws into Grace. However, there were some not so great things or improvements they should consider. Initial call with the lady to schedule was alright. She honestly didn't cover much of information, I felt like I had to ask her a lot of questions that she initially didn't mention. If she can slowly just go over from start to finish, it would've eased my mind a little bit more during this horrible time. In details... I know this is a business, but also this isn't something people go through every year (hopefully). The doctor came and she was very understanding of the situation. It felt like she was genuinely sorry for what we were going through as she also lost hers not long ago. I do wish that she would've stepped outside the house to give me little more privacy, but it is what it is. Im sure I could've asked. She did her best in the circumstances. Now, the worst part of this experience was the picking up the ashes. It took me 1 hour round trip to get there and it took 2 seconds to get her back and leave the place. The lady came out with a brown bag and hurried me out the door. I honestly didn't know what to expect, but that wasn't it. I was dumbfounded of like what just happened? Can I at least take a moment to open the bag to see what's all inside? Take a moment to just take it all in that I'm picking my child up as ashes? It felt like 'ok, you paid me, now you can go' vibe. It would've been nice to just take a moment instead of being rushed out. Also not sure why they don't offer drop off, I know a lot of people would pay extra for that so at least they are home when they receive the ashes back and go back to cry all they want at home. I really do appreciate what this company does, but there are something that need some improvements.
