Shawna wore a mask over her mouth and nose the entire time she was here. Shawna was prompt, thorough, and considerate of my work schedule. She also looked out for my cats to make sure they didn't escape when she opened the door to leave! As if this wasn't enough, Anna came at the end to inspect the work and make sure I was satisfied. I took photos and sent to her and demanded a refund. She said I am scamming her and when I questioned more she threatened me and my family, implied that she knows where I am working and a bad review would be very bad for me and I should think about the consequences. I went to police since she knows where I used to live and filed a police report for her. I hired another cleaning company for less then half of what she charged and they cleaned the house beautifully. This person is mafia, scammer and charges you much more than other companies.
