They called us to let us know that the green orchid was not available so they asked for our permission to replace it with purple orchid instead. The bouquet came out amazing. I spoke with someone so friendly and she was happy to spend a few minutes telling me what kind of flowers they currently had in. I bought a designers choice bouquet but requested a more organic look and wildflowers- they nailed it on the head!! My sister was so so happy and they were so beautiful! When living with a teenager it is important to know where you can get excellent service on short notice. My daughter needed a boutonniere for pick up TODAY. Normally that is no problem but since prom is tomorrow and the store has hundreds of orders for corsages and boutonnieres in addition to their regular orders I wasn't sure what the chances were for me to get one. Although the staff were working furiously to fill the many orders I was treated courteously and not rushed to choose a flower/design. My mom recently relocated to Corvallis and I wanted to send her a special bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day - not just roses or lilies, but a selection of flowers from the garden we had when I was a little girl. I called a few places about a week and a half before the holiday and they all said, "We can't do that." I started to lose hope! Then I called Stargazer. My first negative review!!!! I am sorry, but when you order flowers to be delivered on someone's birthday - ie: your mother's -- the whole point is that they arrive that day, not the day after. That is why you pay extra and that is what makes it special. Guess what? I ordered flowers online through their site two days before the delivery date, received an email confirmation, and they never made it there. She din't mention them when I called so today I asked if she liked the bouquet from me and her grandchildren. Poor mom. I called Stargazer the day after and they found my"missed" order - naturally the apologized and said they accidentally made a mistake and offered me a free upgrade. Of course, this does not make up for it- they should have given me a credit and delivered the flowers anyway at their expense. If you are in the floral delivery business, you have to adhere to these dates that are celebrated. You can't deliver to a funeral home the day after the funeral either. There are no second chances in this competitive biz. I still sent them so my mom would get at least something from us. Let's see if they get there a day late. Stay tuned. Update: They gave me a free upgrade and sent my mother the "most beautiful" flower bouquet she had ever seen! Because their flowers are fresh and beautiful (and not wilted like other florists in town), I will give them another try! #CorvSMB read more

Used them for the flowers in our wedding. Loved, loved my bouquet! I still look back at my wedding pictures and admire it. It was so much fun to work with the florist to design it. They have our flower info on file, so when my husband gets me flowers on our anniversary they do a similar style with my same colors and flowers. This really was an easy transaction and the results were very meaningful. I called to order flowers for my mom on behalf of her kids. She was having surgery and we wanted something nice for when she got home. I didn't give them a whole lot to go with--a budget, lilies, no carnations, and "whatever's fresh and pretty". Two days later they were picked up and taken home. My mom's partner said that the look on her face when she saw them was priceless.
