I recently ordered a casket spray which was beautifully done and turned out just as I expected. Additionally, a few days later, at the cemetery, the arrangement was still looking very good as displayed on the grave. read more

Tammy was nice, polite and helpful. I just needed a quick floral arrangement, and she had a splendid one with a nice variety of flora waiting for me in her cooler. A pleasant old fashioned clear vase, small gift card all at a reasonable price. The Flower Tree is a nice local choice for supporting small business and the community. read more

Top notch service and quality, in handling my wife's funeral flowers. Bill's was a bright spot during an otherwise dreadful event.

Once again, the staff at Bill's Flower Tree exceeded my expectations. I order flowers long distance. The staff is always pleasant and willing to help me. The arrangements are always stellar and greatly appreciated by the recipient. I appreciate their great customer service and beautiful arrangements they create. I would recommend them to anyone wanting send special flowers to a special someone. Great work!! Tim read more

The Flower Tree - Beautiful bouquet that I sent a friend for her birthday. I went by Yelp reviews because she lives in Oregon and I live in the SF Bay Area. - Florists Near Me - Albany, Oregon

I have had several positive experiences with Bill's Flower Tree. I was looking for something local and classy. I found that here. On the several occasions that I used this flower service, I was more than happy with how incredible the flowers looked. On one occasion, I was getting flowers for my significant other and I realized (after ordering online) that I had spells something incorrectly on the card. I called them and the gentleman who answered the phone was happy, friendly, and kind. I wish I had taken down his name for this review. On another occasion I was ordering a large bouquet of flowers for my boyfriends mother and I was half expecting a small, spotty bouquet. No offense to Bill's, I'm just used to being disappointed when it comes to large arrangements. I was so friggin happy when I saw what I paid for. The prices are very fair for the type of love they put into their arrangements. Absolutely wonderful flowers, great customer service, and a fun small/local business that I will continue to support and brag about. read more

I was working in Sisters for a week when I got a call from my wife who was overwhelmed by work, kids, dogs and just dealing with the covidlife style. I needed flowers fast! They came through for me in a big way. Quick and easy and so helpful! read more

Use to be a great place to buy flowers. We ordered a $250.00 Spray of flowers for my mother's funeral that was suppose to have 5 ribbons saying "Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Aunt, & Friend". The owner forgot to add the Ribbons & when I went back to get a refund on that portion of the charge her daughter said " Sorry Bout That" and walked off... I received a nice bouquet with a vase from my parents last week, and I just wanted to comment on how beautiful the arrangement was! My mother sent arrangements to all of her daughters through a third party website, and each was done by a local shop and delivered, and she was very impressed and pleased by how nice my arrangement was compared to my sisters. I would definitely recommend and will be sure to stop in if I am looking for a beautiful floral arrangement! read more

Bill's Flower Tree has been my "go to" florist for twenty years or more. They always have a nice assortment of arrangements in the cooler (I'm not a big planner :) at a reasonable price. All in all, my favorite part of the business is the fact that it is locally owned and run by a family that cares about the people they serve. -Thanks! read more

I am so pleased with the flower orders I have sent to my aunt who lives in Scio so a distance away and I live out of state so unable to stop by and see exactly what their arrangements look like. The quality and design is very important to me as I am in the interior design business. Nice to find someone who is honest and actually delivers to where they say they do, and the arrangements are exactly like the photos! read more

So disappointed in the arrangement. The colors didn't work at all and was not arranged nicely. It was not attractive at all. They used just the cheapest flowers they had on hand in whatever colors they had the least of. read more

Beyond disappointed. Spoke to them 2 weeks ago to plan for a wreath for a pending event. Called on Tuesday and paid for a wreath to be done Wednesday or Thursday. They said they would call when it was done. Friday arrived with no call and I spend 2 hours trying to reach them via phone, leaving voicemails and finally found a different number which ended up being a cell phone number. Someone answered the number and said they didn't do the order. Not that they forgot, or couldn't reach me, no, they just didn't do it or call me. They agreed to do it right away as I had no choice to cancel and go with another florist given it is the Friday before Mothers Day (she also agreed no one would take my order this late). I had to drive from Portland to Albany as the person who was going to pick it up for me for working. Wreath was done when I arrived but she had never billed my credit card and couldn't find the info anywhere. To top it all off, I had asked for confidentiality as it was someone who had passed away. I am now finding it out that it was shared in the community and am honestly stunned and beyond disappointed. Florists used to be a point of trust, reliability and confidentiality. Not sure how many more reasons I can give for not recommending Bill's Flower Tree. read more

We were from out of town, and picked a florist randomly from the internet. Their employee on the phone was incredibly patient and helpful, asking how much I wanted to spend. They made an amazingly beautiful casket spray for our father's memorial that was beyond our expectations, and exactly what I envisioned when I spoke with your girl on the phone. It truly made a positive difference in the whole proceedings since it was the focal point during the service. Their extra effort made a huge impact for a family who just lost their dad. A JEWEL of a florist in the little town of Albany, Oregon! read more

We bought a bouquet on-line for a funeral. When we saw the bouquet in person it looked NOTHING like the photo. We were extremely disappointed and called to see if there was a mix-up. We were met with unprofessional customer service and an attitude. If you cannot deliver what you advertise.....don't advertise! We will go elsewhere in the future. read more

I wasn't impressed at all with their service. I bought my girl a bouquet for Valentine's Day for $60 & it wasn't anything like the picture showed online. It ended up looking like a rinky dink $15 bouquet. I had it delivered to her work & they lied about it allready being delivered when in actuality it was delivered 2 hrs later. If I were you I'd go to Safeway & get atleast double the flowers for your money!! #2ThumbsDown read more
