She truly loved you both. As an autistic child, she has developed tremendously in her speech during her time in the program. Thank you for your engaging circle time and, most importantly, for always being so kind, patient, and loving toward her. Knowing that she felt loved, valued, and comfortable means more to me than words can express. I highly recommend this daycare. The staff members are loving and attentive, snacks and lunch are provided, and the price is truly unbeatable. May God continue to bless Miss Michaela and Miss Ashley in all their endeavors. I will be forever grateful for the love and care they showed my daughter.

The staff truly go above and beyond to create a nurturing and safe environment where children can learn, grow, and play. Mrs Louiza and Lisa have been there for my children who are now teenagers, and we now have our three year old baby girl who we decided to enroll at little hearts just like we did with our boys. What I appreciate most is their genuine attention to each child's individual needs and personalities offering speech and occupational therapy on the spot. My children have always felt supported, and it's heartwarming to see how excited they were to go to daycare every day. Little Hearts Day Care fosters a sense of community, and I've always felt confident knowing my children were and are in such capable hands. The growth and development I've seen in my kids, both socially and academically, is a testament to the wonderful team here. I couldn't have asked for a better place for my children to start their early years. Thank you, Little Hearts, for everything you've done for our family! Sincerely and thankfully yours, Gabi B.

In addition to providing a top notch education, Dawson incorporates strategies and values that benefit students' overall health and well-being. Dawson is so much more than a school- it's a community of caring dedicated professionals working together to create an environment where students can become confident, resilient, and well-rounded individuals. As a Challenge Success school, Dawson incorporates empathy, respect, and diversity, fostering a climate of care shared by all. In addition, I must mention that I have been extremely impressed with how proactive and transparent Dawson has been in successfully navigating the pandemic. As we all know, you're in a lawsuit because you let a kid get brutally sa'd on a school trip, not the first time you've gotten in trouble with the law though huh. Your response was interesting, saying that you didn't know what was happening. The weird thing is you did though, you knew exactly what was happening but you didn't want to get your little donations to go down. "dismissing accusations that the school fostered a "boys will be boys" atmosphere and victim-blamed the student." My sister once reported that a kid said "I'd punch you if you weren't a girl" and your P.E. Teacher tried to make her feel grateful he was "being nice" sounds oddly similar for something you don't do though huh. Also coincidental you only defend people based on how much their parents pay. There's more but all the Reddit posts and videos speaking out about you have been mysteriously going missing so there's probably no use in writing this anyway. Sal out

My son attended Mommy's Angels for about 2.5 weeks. I want to start by saying that the owner,…read moreFazian, and the director, Ms. Elena, were both professional and kind. Anytime I messaged or brought up a concern, they responded promptly and professionally. My son's teacher, Ms. Elisabet, was also very nice. One thing they do well is using the Brightwheel app. They send updates and photos throughout the day, which I appreciated as a parent. Unfortunately, my son did not seem very happy there. At every drop-off and pick-up he would cry and scream, which is not typical for him. He has been in daycare since he was 6 weeks old and is usually a very happy baby. I initially thought he just needed time to adjust, but it continued every single day. I personally found the strict closed-door policy difficult. Parents are not allowed to walk their children to the classroom or see inside the facility. As a parent, it felt uncomfortable not being able to see the environment where my child was spending 8 hours a day. I also feel this made transitions harder for my son. Another concern was with meals. Meals are included in the price, but the daily menu was not clearly communicated. The Brightwheel app would simply say that my son "ate all food," but it did not specify what he actually ate that day. His nap schedule was also adjusted to fit the group schedule. My son naturally gets tired around 10:30 a.m. because he wakes up at 5 a.m. each day. However, naps were pushed to 12 p.m. so all the children could sleep at the same time. Often he would fall asleep earlier from exhaustion, be woken up for lunch, and then put back down later. When I picked him up, he frequently seemed very tired and fussy. Toward the end of his time there, my son became very sick after daycare one day. Shortly after picking him up, he began vomiting and developed a high fever, which later turned out to be a viral infection and stomach bug. When I picked him up that day he already didn't look well, but no staff mentioned that he seemed sick during the day. I had to ask what he had eaten because whatever he had seemed to upset his stomach. He ended up missing three days of daycare because of it. With my son being unhappy at drop-off and pick-up, getting sick, and the center's hours not working well with my schedule, I ultimately had to withdraw him on short notice. I do appreciate the staff and believe they do their best to care for the children. I wish the experience had worked out better for us. My son now attends a different daycare that allows parents to walk children into the classroom, and he hasn't cried once at drop-off or pick-up--even on the first day. We both feel much more at ease.

My three sons attend Awaken Christian Academy, and they absolutely love it! As a mom, finding a…read moreschool where my children feel loved, supported, and encouraged is extremely important to me, and I truly believe Awaken has been a blessing to our family. I also want to recognize Ms. Lehman for the amazing job she does as principal. Her leadership, dedication, and heart for the students and staff are easy to see. I believe God has great things planned for this school and its future. Of course, no school is perfect, and every school has areas where it can continue to grow. What stands out to me at Awaken is the heart of the staff. I believe the teachers and staff genuinely care about their students and desire to keep God at the center of what they do. That means so much to our family. I am grateful that my sons are not only receiving an education but are also being encouraged in their faith, character, and relationships with others. As a parent, knowing that my children are surrounded by people who care about them and want to see them succeed gives me peace. I truly believe Awaken Christian Academy has a bright future, and I am excited to see all that God will continue to do through this school. We are blessed to be part of the Awaken family!

This school is not what it used to be. Over the last several years, programs and athletics have…read moresteadily declined while leadership priorities seem increasingly disconnected from what families are paying for. One major concern is that the school often relies on parent volunteers instead of hiring experienced, qualified coaches and staff, while at the same time cutting programs and resources for students. It's frustrating watching tuition costs remain high while equipment, opportunities, and overall program quality continue to suffer. The increasing church influence has also significantly changed the atmosphere of the school. Many families, myself included, have questioned the decision to place so much authority and financial responsibility in the hands of individuals like Fred, whose background and past business dealings have raised concerns within the community. What was especially upsetting was the abrupt closure of the high school, which left many parents scrambling to figure out where to place their children with very little notice or support. Shortly afterward, the church immediately took over the former high school classrooms, which only reinforced what many families had already been fearing -- that the long-term priority was shifting away from education and toward church expansion onto the school property. At the same time, several critical administrative positions have either been eliminated or consolidated, placing even more pressure and responsibility on the few staff members still trying to hold everything together. Morale appears low, turnover has increased, and the overall structure feels increasingly unstable. Many parents stayed because they believed the promises being made, but over time the disconnect between those promises and reality became difficult to ignore. Sadly, the focus no longer seems to be centered on the students, and the school now feels like a system barely holding itself together.
