Great service, amazing nanny. The price was good. Loved their service, we needed nanny at the hotel, she came on time and was very polite.

We struggled so badly to find care for our kids when schools were closed. We don't have any family nearby, and asking friends is another ballpark. We have come to rely on Five Star for our at-home sitter needs. Everyone they have sent is experienced and professional. I love it when they even clean the lighthouse after the kids take a break from playing. We have also recently used their brick-and-mortar location at Downtown Summerlin. I still prefer the convenience of in-home care; however, this is an excellent option. our one-year-old had a great time, and she seemed well taken care of. I used Five Star Sitters during my recent visit to Vegas. I was a little hesitant and skeptical at first but I was put at ease when the sitter arrived. Our first sitter came slightly earlier than scheduled and was great with our toddler and 8yo daughter. The second sitter also came slightly earlier than the scheduled time. She too was super friendly and great with the kiddos. Their rates are so reasonable. More reasonable than most places I looked into - $14/hr (1 kid) and $1/hr more for additional kid plus $25/booking. You lose the booking fee if you cancel so be sure before making your booking. I started using this service as a date night service, and have contracted short term contracts, and long term nannies. I have had 2 people that did not work out for my family. When I called the service and expressed the caregivers inability to handle our rowdy boys, they were professional, caring, and then made arrangements to complete the weekend. wow, 2 people out of how many that I have hired, Man, those are some great odds, I cant expect all people to be able to handle 3 rambunctious boys! I take reviews very seriously so trust me when I say this is HANDS DOWN the best babysitting center in Las Vegas. I did tons of research before coming here and couldn't believe that 99.99999 % of the reviews are all five stars. I see why now. My toddler has had numerous babysitters from this company and some were good but most were great. I have baby cams so I can always see what's going on and it's the sweetest thing to see babysitters be so loving and kind to my LO. Many even show up early with mostly all being right on time with the exception of maybe 2 that were like 3-5 min late. (Can't complain about that). Before I was seeking out sitters and they are HORRIBLE in Las Vegas. Randomly cancelling, unreliable, ghetto, some down right scary and having to be turned away... I have NEVER felt that with this company. They truly vet their sitters and make sure they really are five star sitters. The do extensive background checks and vetting before even considering them to work for the company so all in all it's a win win because I feel safe in knowing my baby is safe with qualified people. Now let's talk about the actual facility. AMAZING. They have a cool indoor play area. They do arts and crafts, and read books and more. I love how they do not promote the use of tv or tablets as I am totally against my LO watching tv until after the age of three (severe harmful effects on a child's brain that watches tv or light up toys/tablets before the age of 3). I expressed this concern to them the first time I dropped my LO off and they reassured me that they do not do any tablets or tv. Again a win win! I waited a long time to write this review.. but now that I've tried over a dozen sitters from here and the actual facility it's 100% a five star at rating. Also as for phone staff. They are great. Anytime I call and need assistance they're in it right away. This place has been hands down a huge help to me and my LO and I am forever grateful... the ONLYYYYY thing I would change is to have a enforced rule to the sitters to not show up to someone's home wearing perfume. Many people don't want their homes smelling like someone else's strong perfume in general and others are allergic. read more

Regarding their at home sitters, if you have children under 1 years old I highly recommend not using this company. We had a really horrible experience with a sitter where our kid was left alone on stools and allowed crawling to the edge of our pool that we gave clear instructions to not go on that side of the fenced off yard. On top of this, the company will make you feel horrendous about letting them know that a sitter did a bad job and will try to blame it on you. read more

My son absolutely loves going here so much that he asked for me to go to the gym so that he has an excuse to play here. He loves the staff, the activities, and the play equipment. I'm grateful They have his approval because that means I can drop off here and head right over to pure barre or TruFusion for a work out. We've been using five star sitters on a weekly basis now for a while, and I don't understand how more places like this don't exist!! It's such a great value for the occasional few hours of child care you might need. We live nearby and I work remote, so I love being able to drop my son off when I have work meetings, or if I have an appointment nearby. Their weekend events are great too. My son had so much fun at their recent Moana story time. All of the employees we've dealt with are friendly, and remember my child. And he asks to go back which is awesome! My only complaint is that they don't have evening hours. Would love to be able to drop him off after 6 and enjoy a kid free dinner! But other than that, this place is such a great service. I LOVE 5 STAR SITTERS! We tell all our friends about this place. My kids love it here. They have helped my apprehensive kids who dont go to daycare love this place so mom and dad can enjoy a dinner or go shopping. I have not used the in home service but I recommended it to a friend and she loves it. My kids did go through I weird funk where they didnt want to be dropped off here or at grandmas for about a month, I think it was just a healthy growth development, and thank the good lord we are back to being happy kids being dropped off! What a reliable service! I love that they have a mobile app! My family recently came to town with my baby sister and we needed reliable childcare for a few days. We were hesitant to hire someone we had never met to babysit, but after speaking with a member of their staff about the process, and reading the reviews online, we decided to book with them on 3 different occasions. We had the same sitter for two of the bookings and a second care provider for the third booking. They were BOTH so kind and so professional! So I made an account a long time ago and forgot the log in and then last night my normal babysitter had to cancel last minute due to an emergency. I remembered five star sitters and made a new account. It was about 5:30PM when I found out my sitter couldn't make it and made a new account. The site stated that making reservations in advance was recommended and if they were made within 12 hours of the reservation start time there was no guarantee that a sitter would be available. Which is understandable. My reservation was literally 3 hours away. I received an email saying they were so sorry that they couldn't accommodate me and they could refund my $20 reservation fee or put it towards a future reservation. I then received a call as well from them and she apologized and said she'd been trying to find someone but was unable to and it was really busy this weekend so she didn't think she'd be able to find anyone free. She then recommended if I wanted a Friday or Saturday night reservation to book the Tuesday or Wednesday before to guarantee it. I then asked if anyone was available later on that evening around 9:30/10 because my evening plans weren't a set time. It was just going out to be social with friends downtown so it wouldn't matter if I got there later. She told me she'd check around for me again to see if she could find something for me. About 30 minutes later she called back and said no one was available but then she offered to come and watch my children for me after she closed down the Downtown Summerlin location. I thought that was amazing that she offered to do that after running that location all day. I couldn't believe my luck. She got to my place right at 10:05. She stayed for 3 hours until my son's father could come and sit with them and the price is insane! $11 an hour and then only $1 more for a sibling. So $12 an hour with an at least 3 hour minimum. Sooooooo much cheaper than what I was paying my sitter! This agency is amazing! And Celene is amazing! If you need childcare that you can trust and that's affordable and just so great to work with this is the only agency you need to remember. Thank y'all so much. I'm always skeptical when I see all 5-star reviews, but 5 Star Baby sitters truly deserves them. The website to request a sitter could do with a redesign for its navigation, but was simple enough to use. I submitted the request around midnight, and received a confirmation call around 9:30AM. Service was prompt, professional and friendly, and the agency went out of their way to identify a good match for us based on personality requests/timing/interests. We were sent a confirmation email with a highly detailed description of our sitter, including background, certifications (including CPR/BLS, etc) and experience. Joanna was our sitter, and she arrived slightly early to navigate the hotel system. She was absolutely amazing with our 3 crazy screaming wildlings, not even batting an eye when the shrieking began. She was kind, patient, and followed our convoluted instructions to a tee. The kids loved her, and we used her services two nights in a row for date night. Will definitely use them again when we come back to Vegas. We give them our highest recommendation. read more
