Service was needed on my freezer that was leaking on the inside and freezing down the length of the fridge. Tech came out and was very knowledgeable about the issue and how to address the issue. Reasonably priced based on the quotes I received. I'd recommend them with anything wrong with your fridge! read more

Great job. Quick. Efficient. Friendly. Thorough. Will work with again. And would recommend.

I found Rostyslav, the repairman, to be very professional. He texted me the evening below and the morning of our appointment. He also texted me 30 minutes prior to arrival. He arrived on-tine, too! He located the issue with my dishwasher quickly, and did the necessary repair efficiently. He kept the kitchen in the same condition as when he arrived, neat and clean. I would definitely recommend this company. read more

My experience with Starchenko Appl has been one of full commitment to resolving my kid's dryer issues. I reached out to them during my attempt to find a repairman that won't reject our project. A stackable dryer & washer with a faulty dryer in a tight fit closet, was turned down by several companies. Well Pavel the technician came out not once but several times, since they guarantee their service and tackled different aspects of the dryer that kept at it until he got to the core problem. So grateful to Pavel for getting the job done with the best disposition. Even though we had someone clean the vent prior to calling Starchenko, a big piece of lint was left stuck in the pipe. It's back to working perfectly. Highly recommend and sure to call for other jobs. read more

Starchenko Appliance Repair - The piece of lint left in the dryer pipe by the previous repairman from another company. - Appliances & Repair Near Me - Miami Beach, Florida

Spoke with Kate on a Sunday night about our wonky refrigerator. Denis the tech was out the next day. Two hours later, he diagnosed & took apart basically the whole fridge! Components, panels, everything! all of it! The Fridge needed a main control board for $94x.xx. A new Samsung replacement would be less! Bottom line, the freezer "worked", the auto ice maker made ice & it was back to normal due to Denis. Kind of weird, but great work! Big ups!! read more

This is my second time using this company. Each time, I have appreciated their honesty, and their ability to fix my issues correctly and efficiently. For this repair, they fixed my stove top. I had correctly identified that three of the four controls for my stoves were not working correctly. When they came and assessed the situation, they found the exact same issue I did. I am comfortable recommending this company for appliance repairs. read more

They responded quickly to my inquiry. I was given several options for repair and I was very pleased with the outcome.

I needed a same day repair done on a fridge and put a request out on Yelp. Starchenko responded the quickest, had the best price to come out and also had excellent reviews so the choice was a no brainer really. Most importantly though, they delivered! Their technician Stano came out and was able to diagnose the problem pretty quickly. He was very professional, explained the issue simply and resolved it with parts he had on hand. All in all an excellent experience in customer service and I would recommend these guys to anyone needing to have appliance repairs done. read more

Great service and quick response time. Our tech Stan is knowledgeable and was able to confirm that all we needed was a coil cleaning and at a good price in my opinion. They confirmed our appt via text and updated us when on the way. They also sent the invoice and payment method through a text link which came in handy. Overall a happy customer. read more

I would not recommend. I needed my ice maker fixed/issue diagnosed. They responded quick and were able to get someone out the same day, so on that, that was great. However, when the technician came(Denis), he began looking at my ice maker and started looking at YouTube videos on how to fix it. That doesn't really exude much confidence. Then, he called his coworker to help him and diagnose issue over the phone. He tinkered around with the ice maker for about an hour and all he said was he recommended a new ice maker or to call whirlpool if there was a recall. He didn't actually fix or diagnose anything and honestly didn't seem like he knew what he was doing..it seemed like it was his first day on the job or looking at an ice maker ever. I had another company come the next day who diagnosed issue right away. I felt honestly like what I paid for the diagnostic fee wasn't fair because there was NO real diagnosis done. If I wanted to fiddle around and look on YouTube, I could have done that myself. Don't Recommend Update(5/22/23) The manager, Paul, contacted me and was so attentive to my review. I truly believe everyone is owed a second chance (pending appropriate circumstances) and it was very obvious how much pride they took in their work and making sure they have satisfied customers and their service provided is fair. He issued me a refund and went over everything I listed in my above review. While I no longer needed their service for this appliance issue, I would give them the opportunity for the future. Thank you Paul for caring so much to address the concerns for myself and potential future customers. read more

I highly recommend! My refrigerator stopped working. His office answered me right away. He was able to come out the same day and he took his time to check every single thing! He was extremely honest and let me know the exact problem. I have him in my contacts and will use and refer him from now on. Hard to find trusting people now a days. Thank you so much Vadim for all of your help read more

Did an amazing job fixing both my dryer and dish washer. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend!

My fridge stopped working and I contacted Starchenko online and their customer service got back to me within minutes. They sent a technician the same day - Paul was very polite and efficient, and was very transparent about the problem showing us what had happened and what would need to be fixed. He was able to do a quick fix, until the parts arrive, and he will be back to put them in place. The visit cost is fair, and parts costs were average. We are very happy with Starchenko's service, and we do recommend it! read more

I have two dogs (one is a puppy) so I use my washer and dryer just about every day. When my dryer stopped working on a Sunday night I was so upset! By the time I looked on Yelp it was extremely late. I was praying someone would be able to come out quickly. Mr. Starchenko messaged me back within 5 minutes (despite it being so late) and said he would come by the next day. When I described what happened he told me he thought it was the belt. He brought several with him when he came. He was on time (even early) and was extremely professional. He was able to get my dryer up and running again and his rates were very reasonable. I will definitely be recommending him to friends and wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future! read more
