A stackable dryer & washer with a faulty dryer in a tight fit closet, was turned down by several companies. Well Pavel the technician came out not once but several times, since they guarantee their service and tackled different aspects of the dryer that kept at it until he got to the core problem. Spoke with Kate on a Sunday night about our wonky refrigerator. Denis the tech was out the next day. Two hours later, he diagnosed & took apart basically the whole fridge! Components, panels, everything! all of it! The Fridge needed a main control board for $94x.xx. A new Samsung replacement would be less! I would not recommend. I needed my ice maker fixed/issue diagnosed. They responded quick and were able to get someone out the same day, so on that, that was great. However, when the technician came(Denis), he began looking at my ice maker and started looking at YouTube videos on how to fix it. That doesn't really exude much confidence. Then, he called his coworker to help him and diagnose issue over the phone. He tinkered around with the ice maker for about an hour and all he said was he recommended a new ice maker or to call whirlpool if there was a recall. He didn't actually fix or diagnose anything and honestly didn't seem like he knew what he was doing..it seemed like it was his first day on the job or looking at an ice maker ever. I had another company come the next day who diagnosed issue right away. I felt honestly like what I paid for the diagnostic fee wasn't fair because there was NO real diagnosis done. If I wanted to fiddle around and look on YouTube, I could have done that myself. Don't Recommend Update(5/22/23) The manager, Paul, contacted me and was so attentive to my review. I truly believe everyone is owed a second chance (pending appropriate circumstances) and it was very obvious how much pride they took in their work and making sure they have satisfied customers and their service provided is fair. He issued me a refund and went over everything I listed in my above review. While I no longer needed their service for this appliance issue, I would give them the opportunity for the future. The repair person was very nice. I advise all to save a screen shot of the Yelp message: It informed me that each appliance has a $69 service call which is REFUNDABLE. I had to send a screen shot of that Yelp message to get an invoice that had the service call deducted. It turned out the the amount to repair the washer was the same as purchasing a new one. I have two dogs (one is a puppy) so I use my washer and dryer just about every day. When my dryer stopped working on a Sunday night I was so upset! By the time I looked on Yelp it was extremely late. I was praying someone would be able to come out quickly. Mr. Starchenko messaged me back within 5 minutes (despite it being so late) and said he would come by the next day. When I described what happened he told me he thought it was the belt. He brought several with him when he came. He was on time (even early) and was extremely professional. He was able to get my dryer up and running again and his rates were very reasonable. I will definitely be recommending him to friends and wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future! read more
