I understand that equipment can break, but the way this was handled was unacceptable. There was little to no communication, no sense of urgency, and absolutely no effort to make the situation better for the customers who had already been sitting there forever. And after waiting over an hour, our drinks STILL came out incorrect. So...we sat there for over an hour, couldn't leave because we were trapped in the inner line, nobody took our order the entire time, the espresso machine was down, there was basically zero communication or urgency, AND our drinks were wrong.
