This Starbucks is hidden in plain sight on Highway 92 in a plaza where it occupies the corner, making the drive thru a much needed accessory for this location. I have swung by this location several times throughout the years, mostly taking advantage of mobile ordering and drive thru pick-up. My latest order was my tried and true order of Iced White Mocha, no whip with Almond Milk. While normally on point, this time it tasted a bit off. I could not put my taste bud on it, but something was off. Sadly I was too far gone when I tasted it, but it was noticeable enough for me to only finish half of it *sad face* While my latest order was a bummer, I have had some solid drinks at this location so I will chalk it up to an off day. Not all Starbucks locations are equal and this one proves it. I work in the area once a week or so and always grab a coffee for me and my 'boss' to help us get through the shift and for the last year straight, this location has never disappointed. The drinks are always fresh and perfectly crafted, service is amazing and fast, and staff is exceptional. Every single employee I've interacted with at this location is friendly and helpful. I wish I lived closer so I could frequent this location more- it honestly is the best overall experience I've ever had at a Starbucks and multiply that by every week I've gone. This Starbucks generally has great customer service and I come here ~ 3 times weekly. I also bring my laptop and work here quite often - which I will continue to do. Today, I got Raven at the drive through who has a really smart mouth. Called and spoke to Holly (a supervisor who seemed really outside of her league in terms of leadership) who submitted a sad apology on the employee's behalf. I've been coming to this Starbucks since they opened at least 5-6 years ago. I can't believe I've not left a review for them. The staff here is fantastic. They consistently churn out great ice coffee and some fantastic cold brew. The only complaint is of course parking. Parking is a big behind here only because there aren't enough spaces and when there is lot of people going through the drive through it's like a Chinese New Year parade where they're giving away free egg rolls...just saying watch out for the cray cray in a box with wheels... read more

I've never been inside, but I use the drive thru semi-regularly. Everyone here is nice & friendly! Unlike other starbucks in the area. They are also very quick, which is really all I ask for. My order always comes out right too! Overall, this is a great location. Even though it's a little further than my normal location I find myself coming here more. EDIT Jan. 2018 - I'm sorry for this update, but I have to knock off two stars because I can't remember the last time they've handed me a full drink. Not pleased with this location. First off... The coffee cups themselves. Seems I always get a cup that has a beat up rim... Thus the lid doesn't fit right. Twice I have had a cup collapse on me, getting coffee spilled all over. Nice big coffee stain for the day. You are using defective cups. Second... No consistency in their coffee. I order the same drink every time. Never taste the same. Sometimes the cup even seems half full too. For what it cost... This needs to be better. read more

Horribly mannered staff, extremely rude and immature with extremely negative personalities. I will be making complaints to corporate as I've never received such poor service in a Starbucks. I've been going to Starbucks for 20 years, I've worked there, and I definitely haven't had an experience like this before. I've been going to this Starbucks for the past couple years on a weekly basis. So far I've had nothing but great things to say about them. Staff is very friendly and I truly feel their ultimate goal is customer satisfaction. Even if they need to remake the drink. I get a Double Shot on Ice and everyone here seems to understand the importance of each step that goes into making this drink down to how it's shaken. Though I live in Woodstock, I'm a bit closer to the Towne Lake location and hadn't tried this Starbucks yet. I jumped into the drive through line after running to the nearby post office. Service was very slow. There were probably 6-7 cars ahead of me when I got in line, but I must have waited easily 12-15 minutes before making it up to the window to grab my mobile ordered beverage. The drink was as expected but if the drive through line is long again in the future, I'll skip it and go to another location. read more

This is, by far, the BEST Starbucks I've been to. My friends and I come here to study every other week or more and the service is fantastic. The employees are comical and enjoy their jobs. This Starbuck's has plenty of seating even when busy. Our drink orders are more consistent than other Starbuck's I have gone to. There is a long counter by the windows with multiple power stripes to plug into, along with a high top table with power stripes. read more
