We went here everyday for 5 days during a ski vacation with 7 people. Our service, drinks, wait time and friendliness were all a 10! Great staff, perfect drinks, and all done fast with a smile. A barista named Ryley was especially nice. All were good. Definitely a good experience. read more

Average Starbucks. Maybe a four star based off of the location. Scenic! Small seating area along the bar. Few tall tables. Some short tables in the corner to work or study. Not a huge spot but it's fast. In and out fairly quickly depending on the complexity of your drink and orders before you. Same situation as any coffee shop or Starbucks you've frequented before. You can get stars here but are unable to redeem them. Believe the closest Starbucks you can order from via the app is a bit past Idaho Springs. Staff was friendly though. Sugar and creamer station clean which is remarkable for most Starbucks I frequent these days. Ski and snowboard parking outside and you can be at the Mary Jane base and onto a lift in minutes from the Starbucks front door. read more

If you didn't think Starbucks could get any worse, come to winter park because trust me it does. With no order ahead feature you're told to order in person between the hours of 7-5 posted on the door, the lifts closed at 4 and I made my way down to Starbucks and approached the door around 4:30 when a younger blonde female said oh no we're closed, I said the door says 5:00, she then proceeds to say we all want to close down and leave by 5:00 in the rudest way possible like I'm crazy for questioning it, I'm sorry but If you need everyone out of the building by 5:00, show some decency to people who read when it closes and then make there way to Starbucks 30 minutes early to it just be closed. I just hope someone in management with some sort of customer service restaurant experience reads this and takes action read more

This was a decent starbucks, most are though. This one was especially nice, I think it had to do with the fact that it was within the actual resort. Everything is a lot fancier once you get inside Winter Park. It got pretty crowded while I was there, so the limited seating came to be a bit of a problem. I also don't like how you can never find an outlet to plug your laptop into. Staff was friendly, coffee was good - it's starbucks after all. Not the best view of the actual mountain though. But, it is centrally located, nice spot for those that are staying the night/weekend in the village. read more

The first day I got my regular decaf iced Americano and it just didn't taste right. The second day the girl who made my drink forgot the decaf part even though the cashier X'ed in the decaf square on the cup. By the time I realized it, it was too late for me. I ordered a Salted Caramel Mocha only to find out that they 'have no salt.' Seriously. How is that even possible? First world problems - I know - but it's hard to get past the absurdity this day and age. Notable items: it's predictably packed (ie, with a line nearly out the door) first thing in the morning around 8am and starting into après ski around 4-5pm, so plan your latte consumption accordingly unless you don't mind a long wait. Also, if you're a rewards member who uses your phone to pay, be advised that they don't have a phone scanner yet and a few of the baristas aren't exactly jumping at the opportunity to manually enter your card number. A bit of laziness, but it's surmountable with some mild persuasion and copious thanks. If I'm going to pay ski resort Starbucks prices (double-gouge) then I want my gold star, people! Otherwise, the coffee and atmosphere is predictable and familiar. It'd be nicer if a more boutique-style shop occupied the space, but having a Starbucks at a ski resort makes a lot of sense, and I'm guilty of going several times throughout my stay. read more

Not impressed. There was not a line and still took a while to get my drink. I asked about using a reward but they didn't say anything until after they charged me without even telling me a total. It should have been said when I asked right away that don't redeem rewards at this location. Need people working that can communicate to customers. read more

5 stars for the manager and older women who work there; 1 star for the customer service from the two young blond girls this morning: I was the only one in there, said good morning! This Starbucks was at the base of the Zyphyr Express chairlift. It was very crowded with limited seating. There were no restrooms inside and they did not offer WiFi. The trash can was overflowing and I paid over $4 for a Tall Chai Tea Latte. read more

They don't seem to treat their employees too good. Everyone seems stressed and it came out in my latte.

Our drinks were good, because the baristas making them were good. But the staff that took our orders all weekend were really unprofessional and not at all there to SERVE. They were hard to understand and not at all HELPFUL in any way. They need better training, because they did not provide a typical Starbucks experience at all. read more
