When I say these two young ladies were customer service spot on I am writing this review because this is the example of what customer service is supposed to be attentive attitude, beautiful smile, clean uniform clean area and just a wonderful presence if you are in this hotel casino and would like to stay for breakfast in the breakfast area these young ladies are the ones to see. The refreshment stations are nice too. The service at The Grind is more hit than miss but I couldn't just say there weren't misses. Overall they were pleasant to interact with. We had the lattes, muffins, club sandwhich, ramen, burger, chicken sandwhich, breakfast platter and banana foster French toast. The wait is a bit lengthy but the temperature and flavor so the food is on point. Plenty of parking but the flow is a bit inconvenient.

This is a drive through only establishment, but since relocating from a trailer into a permanent building, they now have an ordering window with a separate pickup window on the other side of the building.

Yesterday, I came in and ordered my usual meal. However, I noticed that the complimentary sauce packet I normally receive was not included in my bag. I was also not informed that the store was out of sauce at the time. I simply received my order and left. I returned today and ordered the same meal. I asked if I could receive two sauce packets since I did not receive one yesterday and was not informed that the store had run out. The employee working the drive-thru told me that she could not give me an extra sauce simply because I did not receive one the previous day. I asked to speak with a manager because I felt this was poor customer service, especially over something as small as a 25-cent sauce packet. Unfortunately, my interaction with the manager was even more concerning. I felt that he was rude, condescending, dismissive, and unprofessional in the way he spoke to me. I have been a frequent and loyal customer, which made this experience especially disappointing.

We went on Monday, which was dough day, and it smelled amazing inside. I got a red bean cream cheese bun (pink pastry) which was fluffy sweet bread with sweetened red bean and cream cheese. For those not familiar, sweet red bean is a staple in Asian dessert and it adds hardiness and texture to a pastry.
