Jason needs a vacation or get another job if he doesn't know how to speak to customers. At 10 in the morning, he's already being rude and disgruntled. It shows me that A, he's overworked or B, he needs to move on. I went in there to pick up an order. They were out of the sandwich that was in the order. When I asked him if he could tell me which sandwich they have available he pointed and said the sandwiches are over there. So when I saw the young lady(Liz) who was helping me prior to him. I asked if he could get her and he got louder and said "she's off the clock, the sandwiches are over there" . So when I explained to him that I was picking up an order for someone and was told to inform the customer that her sandwich wasn't available, he pointed to the counter with the sandwiches and told me to go over there. Wish I could give a 0 star review, makes me not even want to write this review because they will still be getting 1 star. Every single employee who worked there on 9/6/2024 at 9:30am were the rudest people I have ever encountered. She gave us our drinks without straws, which we need to drink our frapes and we had to wait and ask for straws, in which she threw them at us. I said thank you and they didn't even acknowledge that we were nice to them even though they were so rude. The building and bathrooms were disgusting and nothing was restocked such as napkins, and then we witnessed them getting annoyed at customers when they ask for them. Clean Starbucks came here for a work break. They have a whole row of benches that have outlets which is awesome. I plugged in my computer and started working away. An hour later I see my computer is low on battery I try another plug and nothing works. I asked staff if any plugs worked she said "oh no those haven't worked for a year". When we last traveled to California and stopped at this Starbucks in Victorville (located across from Harley Davidson and the Costco Warehouse), I was disappointed that they were no longer honoring refills or rewards. I lowered my rating accordingly and avoided this Starbucks for a while. Until last week on the way to Los Angeles, when the "dreaded bathroom run" was requested. This Starbucks, being the closest and most conveniently located for the task at hand, I stopped in, not expecting to get my refill or stars honored. To my surprise, this store did an about-face on their policy, probably due to falling sales, and the refills were back on. To that end, the rollercoaster star ride continues with the raising of my previous review from two stars back to four. I hope they continue to stick with the renewed policy, and if they do, I consider this Starbucks a more convenient, cleaner, and less congested coffee stop than what you'll find in Barstow. I went here on July 12th 2024 at 6:04pm. I ordered and waited more than 15 minutes went by as I wait for ONE Lemonade acai. The employee whom had dark longer dark hair, lgbtq affiliated and was of Asian, or and Spanish decent was extremely rude! He kept making everyone's drink before mine. Then he asked me " what did you order again? So he totally dismissed me and I felt like it was racially motivated and well as he has a problem with women. After getting my drink 20 minutes later, I asked for a cup of ice. He gave me a tiny cup of ice water. I said I asked for ice only. He said " he said I CANT GIVE YOU JUST ONLY ICE BECAUSE MY ICE IS LOW!" Nice new Starbucks to stop at to refuel on drive to or from Las Vegas. The place is huge and has a lot of seating. It is conveniently located across the street from Costco if you decide to refuel your car as well! I got a Mocha Frappuccino made with coconut milk. I asked for half pumps so it's not too sweet. It was perfectly made. The service was friendly and I was even told if it wasn't the way I like it to let him know and he would make another. I would prefer to have almond milk, but, unfortunately Starbucks has not added this to their menu yet. The only downside of this place are the restrooms. The floor was dirty and paper on the floor. Hopefully they can get someone to look after the restrooms more often. Otherwise, this place is great as the main coffeehouse is clean and tidy. read more

This is a huge new Starbucks that recently opened last August 2015. The service was friendly and there was plenty of extra outside seating. The place was filled with regulars and students working on their studies at 845pm. This Starbucks is conveniently located near the Costco and the Costco gas station. Winner!! Winner!!! Ordered a vente frappuccino with coconut milk and it was tasty. The main drawback with this Starbucks was their dirty floors in the bathroom. With all the foot traffic, someone needs to stay on top of keeping the floors in better shape. This is a brand new Starbucks and it should be kept nice. I hope someone at Starbucks reads this review and steps it up on cleaning the restrooms. This Starbucks is totally inviting, a comfy cool spot to go to get out of the summer heat. Always greeted with a smile when you come in. The staff treat you like extended family in just a few visits as they go the extra mile in learning your tastes and customized coffees or drinks. This is perhaps the largest cafe Starbucks has here in the high desert and it's nicely located beside the freeway so you can get back on your way in a jiffy! The only slight downside is the removal of power outlets, so be sure your devices are well charged if you plan to come and use their FREE WiFi. I forgot to order, and I drove to the Pick-Up and Payment window, the female staff was very patient and friendly when I told her that I forgot to order.
