Seriously , I always say I'm not coming back well this time is for sure !! I will not give this store anymore of my money , I will give my money to other Starbucks for sure or go to any of the other coffee shops now opening up !! I spend eveyday anywhere from 10 to 40.00 per day and I won't throw no one under the bus but if I come in at night and order throughout the day they will give me another water and I always tip for sure well tonight I was denied my water when I have gotten it so many other times !! The girl wanted to know who was doing that I told her I'm not throwing no one under the bus but I'm sure they have cameras in there they can see and watch ! !! Then last week I let it slide the girl I gave my order to we told her we didn't want to use the points she was too busy talking totally ignored me and used my points I look Dow and and see all my points gone I was like what did you do but then I tell another associate the next day she tells me oh she could of reversed it well that's not the other girl who did it she told oh they can't reverse any points !!! The staff openly talks about customers. I have a unisex name (Stacy) and they were asking why I was waiting on an order. They all snickered on their microphones - all looked at me - and one of them made the comment "ugh it's probably his girlfriends app". It was like I wasn't standing right in front of them. Seemed very unprofessional for no reason and immature on the entire staff's behalf. I would not recommend their customer service. read more

This Starbucks is closest to my job's Vero location. I always use the mobile app so I can pick up quickly. Of the dozen or so times that I've visited this location, there was one incidence where I had to wait while they heated up some food from my order. They were slammed, but the barista still handed me a gift card for my wait. This most recent visit, I offered to pick up coffee for the office and when I arrived, all 4 drinks were were ready to go, in a cup holder, with straws and a fork for my eggs. There was also this cute little sign stuck in the cup holder! Something so small really made my day. It's the little things and this SB took the time to do that for a customer with a mobile order. read more

Wen to this Starbucks because I really needed a coffee. I checked the website and maps to make sure it was open. When I got there it was about 7:55 and the websites said it closed at 9:00. I went up to the door and it said it closed at 2:30 pm. RIDICULOUS!!!! If something was going on they should've said it was closed at the website like every other place. I love me some Starbucks but I don't love the long drive thru lines due to the limited stores they have in this area. So, today I decided to go inside since it was pretty empty. BIG mistake! Our order came out AFTER all the drive thru cars and call ins. By the time we got our coffee ALL the drive thru cars - 2 sets of 5, were gone . Update 12/17/20- still nothing from Starbucks corporate. This should show everyone how starbucks handles an employee committing an illegal act. THEY DO NOT CARE! She went inside and was told she would have to wear a mask. She declined, had already paid for my drink and then was shamed for not wearing a mask. That really wasn't the bad part. She was told to wait outside which she did, however when she was outside several other customers came out to tell my wife that they were absolutely appalled by what happened after my wife walked outside. She was told by other customers that what they were saying about my wife was so rude and out of line that it shouldn't be repeated. My wife was also told that at least two employees were over heard discussing spitting in my drink. Apparently another customer as well spoke out after my wife received her drink and told everyone in the store that the way my wife was being publicly shamed was wrong. What the heck happened here? Worst part is, when my wife got home, there was visibly spit on the top of my drink! What the heck? The drink wasn't even for her. So you shame my wife for not wearing a mask and then spit in my drink? Where is the logic in that? As a former starbucks employee, I am saddened and sickened that this happened to my wife. Especially since I know the shift supervisor who was working while she was in there and I know the store manager. I know those guys and know they do not condone this type of behavior. I will never return to this store or any other starbucks after this experience. I will be filing a corporate complaint as well and do believe these employees should be politely asked to leave the company as their behavior, is exactly the opposite of the inclusive environment Starbucks claims they promote. read more

While most of the Starbucks that I visit are not only clean but have great service - not this location. I have been here three times in the least month and met with the same short service and long waits. On this particular occasion, I waited nine minutes in drive-thru from the time I made my order at the loudspeaker to the time it was delivered. We got great directions to help us find the place; when we arrived, the staff helped us find a seat that didn't involve walking across the slick floor (on crutches, which makes the assistance especially valuable). Next, we got personalized recommendations for drinks (I wanted a sugar-free version of the chai latte and got a brewed chai tea, made with two teabags and half the water, then filled out with steamed nonfat milk--delicious!), and since I was in the restroom when my wife ordered her drink, they just ran a tab for a little while until I was available. And since the restaurant wasn't busy, and my wife was on crutches, they even brought our drinks directly to our table! Starbucks works hard to make sure their product is of uniform quality, but the human element is harder to control. At this Starbucks, the people are top-notch. read more

I ordered a "dry" cappuccino. I got this - a wet latte. Staff are very friendly but this sure is a huge miss. I am super disappointed.

This Starbucks needs to be laid out better. Their tables are wimpy. They simply don't have enough comforatable seating. Call me crazy(and many have), but every time I have ever been here there appears to be some type of massive cleanup going on behind the counter which leaves me cause for concern. I haven't had any problems with their coffee. I would just like a more comfortable seating arrangement. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks! It's a great, convenient location and a great store. It's clean, the barista's are fast, courteous, skilled, and professional. My favorite drink is not fancy or expensive and they give me exactly what I want every time. This is my new go-to Starbucks location every time I visit Vero Beach, and I go quite often! It's your typical Starbucks and the staff is helpful and willing to give recommendations. The drawback is the location. The parking lot will have standing water if it has rained for more than 10 minutes. The parking lot is problematic when the stupid people don't want to take the extra minute to drive around the traffic lane. If I could leave Zero stars I would. This is quite possibly the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. The staff is rude and really don't care. I have had to ask them to remake my drink nearly 90% of the time. The pastries have been frozen and are never fresh. I have complained to no end (even to corporate). This location actually closes at 9:30. Or at least it did when we went here. Smallest stand alone Starbucks there is. It was so awkward to hear every detail of the conversation a few obnoxious people were having. Staff is rudest out of any location I've been to. Acted very snobby.
