L O C A T I O N After a long flight from Seattle to Toronto this was my first stop since landing. In between Major McKenzie and Dufferin. They have their own parking spot and drive-thru. D R I N K Got the Narinos 70 (A.K.A Cold Brew). Straight from the tap and tasted just like home. S E R V I C E The barista was alright. I had to repeat myself a couple times that I wanted a Narinos 70. He didn't know what it was. So I said Cold Brew and pointed to the picture on the wall. Kinda weird how he didn't know what it was, maybe he was a trainee? O V E R A L L This location was pretty small. It had a few small tables here and there. The layout is like a long hallway with the ordering station in the middle. Overall I would probably not come back due to the awkward exchange. read more

I have been to the Starbucks many times while my kid was at nearby art classes. Pros: the people working here are great and their showcase is always well stocked. They always get my drink order right, from low maintenance through high maintenance days. They have two washrooms that are clean. Plenty of seating. Drive thru! Bright, despite all the dark furniture. Cons: drafty in colder weather. Brrrrr! They added a ton of crowded seating and lost the cozy leather chairs at the front. Few electrical outlets which means if you happen to sit by one, you will be interrupted by someone desperate for a charge and you will likely end up moving seats. read more

Absolutely love this location. The best staff and they make the best Pink drinks ever. This is a must go to spot for your bucks.

I use to work very close to this location - so I would literally be a this particular Starbucks everyday. Inside - the place is quite small and the tables and chairs are all cramped together - so I wouldn't suggest coming here to study or work. This location can get really busy in the mornings so I would place mobile orders to try to avoid the rush. Although, the order would occasionally still take a long time to be made (even though the app gives an estimate time of 4-8 minutes). Also, a fair warning about mobile orders is that there's a good chance someone may take it or the barista may mix it up. One time I requested for a hot caramel macchiato and they made it into a frap. The staff here is really nice so if they did make a mistake with your order they will make you a new one right away. Which is great but it causes a delay to your morning commute for work which can be frustrating. Or even worse - you find out the order is wrong at work. In these situations they still offer to make you a new drink but you would obviously have to go back. No complaints about how the coffee is made just be prepared for a bit of wait time unless you come at odd hours like afternoons or evenings. I've also used the drive thru a few times which is convenient if you're on the go but once again - expect a bit of a wait time! read more

This Starbucks location is literally exactly the same as every other location except it lacks one important thing.. fast service. I've tried both the drive thru and walking in at this location and both were just as slow as the other. Besides that, free wifi and great coffee. Great Staff but seems to have only one power outlet at the handicapped table Also they have the slowest wifi with a 700ms ping and slow up and down So THIS IS NOT a place to try to get some work done while having an americano, wrap and muffin The road warrior needing access to the internet may need to go elsewhere read more

I always order a venti Americano meistro with heavy cream instead of milk, with two shots of sugar free vanilla syrup, and they have never once screwed it up. Full marks! read more

Updating review. I raved about their drive thru last time around. It's still awesome but OMG how amazing is it that you can order through your app for this location. Is it needed? Definitely not. Is it a super sweet luxury. You betcha! The staff (most of them) are friendly, inviting, personable and not fake. When you're just rolling out of bed, this goes a long way. Better placed electrical outlets would be amazing, but now I'm just nitpicking. Oh and please stop charging for lactose free milk or soy! We shouldn't need to pay for our medical conditions. Once this happens, the elusive fifth star shall be yours. Now, the only big piece of the puzzle missing is the drive thru lineup for people that order from their phones! Yes! read more

this location is not properly functioning, it is the second time that I request a drink without ice and get half of it " New Policy by Starbucks" I was told, a friend which has stars, cards, and all of it, got refunded by Starbucks directly after complaining for the same reason, but I was not refunded or refilled as I don't have card, stars, and the lot. Just some good training or a responsible supervising manager will cure the problem, why mention of policies that don't exist? My dollars will not be going back to this place ever, one star is very generous for this Starbucks store. Most Starbucks stores are there to assist and serve you, not to invent rules to cover up for management and employee negligence. Starbucks must clear up the rule inventor in this store before he causes irreparable damages. read more

Extremely slow service. Don't know how to talk to customers. Incredibly RUDE and untrained staff.

This location is very good due to the staff working there. In fact there were two workers there that prompted me to want to write a review. Extremely genuine folks. My orders are always right and quick. Even when there is a long line at the drive through it goes very fast so you are in and out in minutes. read more

Since my last review, the issue of not keeping a timer on the coffee has been rectified, and I haven't had any issues since. The area manager contacted me, addressed my concerns, and also gave me a Starbucks gift card (demonstrates the high level of customer service). I'm a very happy Starbucks customer at my fave location. read more

I've only been to this location a couple of times. Not as good as some of the other locations in the area. Very slow service and staff were not getting along with each other. They seem very angry. Not sure what the problem is. read more

I visit this location often. I always receive amazing service from the baristas. Unlike most Starbucks coffee houses, I can actually find a seat at this location and don't have to wait for a person to remove their stuff from empty chairs. Of course, the minor issue is the WIFI reception. It is either weak or non-existent. Frustrating!! read more
