Service was fine. Ambiance is typical to Starbucks. My cafe mocha was not made properly. Not sweet at all. I think they skipped a step.

I'm not a big coffee person, but my sister in law gave me a gift card for here. I was unsure what to get so I got a handful of their bottled juice, canned energy drink, and vitamins juice shots. I didn't get her name, but she was super sweet and helpful in recommending one of their refreshers. I got the Mango Dragon with Lemonade (a recommendation she said was good to add) and it was SUPER TASTY!! The place smelt nice and well kept too, a vibe for a warm afternoon. Same order different places not to mention all the San Antonio locations I've been to, yet the last 2 week in a row this is what I got in Uvalde. I spoke to the manager and barrista as respectfully as possible to question the difference in quantity and they were really snappy and rude stating they follow the rules and all the other Starbucks are not making my order correct? also that I was just trying to get more coffee. All my orders are Venti size but in Uvalde my order seams smaller than a grande. read more

Damn I didn't want to be this person. I love Starbucks . We are traveling across the states and stopped here. Usually there are no issues with how points are used. I was told this girl is new at the drive thru. She did points for one drink and not both drinks and decided to take the money out of my account without asking or confirming. She then said her supervisor said they can only do one (which is never heard of ) made me feel like the supervisor was talking out of their ass so they don't have to fix the issue. I don't live here anyways but probably wouldn't advise others to go here . Hospitality here was *blows raspberries*. I was shocked to see the reviews on here for this place. Every time I go, they provide the best service I've yet encounter at a Starbucks and I've been to quite a few. They do take about 15 mins to provide you with your order, but it's not like the people in uvalde don't wait for that in other places. ESPECIALLY DAIRY QUEEN AND WHATABURGER. I hope this Starbucks stays here for good. The Local fix is also wonderful & obviously local so do your part and support local as much as u do big businesses. read more

Very disappointed - ordered and paid online to pick up in store only to get there and find out drive thru pick up is ONLY option at 8:39 a.m. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this location has disappointed - drive thru is notoriously SLOW. This is one of my favorite places to get coffee, before they arrived in Uvalde, there was a few options, but again this is my favorite place! Before if I wanted Starbucks I had to go all the way to San Antonio, so be able to go in my home town is awesome! So going thru the drive theu I wasn't sure what to expect I am happy to say. It was amazing, I highly recommend the staff was super helpful and friendly, got pur order correct and I have to say the double shot of espresso was better than any I've had in San Antonio! I was very impressed. I am happy. 10/10 recommend this place to any locals and people passing thru. read more

I am giving only 4 stars bc of the hours of operation I work early on Sundays and they don't open till 8am smh ..... the hours were different prior to covid there is always alot of workers and no excuse not to open earlier... other then that I have no complaints they serve me pretty quickly except lately no darn oatmilk smh but there's other drinks all the employees are very nice except one girl she's definitely rude first starbucks employer ever to be ugly and I travel all over Texas and never came across a rude employee till I came across her last week read more

If you intend to keep customers, you need to stay open with consistent hours. I've never seen a business so inconsistent. Your website says one thing, Yelp says another thing on your hours...then when you drive up, there's a temporary sign with another new closing time. I've been here a few times and the workers are always very friendly and helpful. Drinks have gotten a lot more accurate since they've been open. I know they are new and still learning things but every time I go they seem to be getting better. I love having a Starbucks in uvalde. It's good coffee and it's a nice meeting place. read more
