Costa was busy but there were a few seats - in fact, I got a nice comfy corner seat which was a bit like a soft sofa with a table in front. The lattes are lovely and served in a tall glass (nicer than the Starbucks' ones which always come in a chunky mug, and cheaper too). Good for snacks and cakes as well by the look of them although I didn't indulge in extra calories myself! The staff were pleasant and helpful and there wasn't any background music, which made chatting to my friend easier. I'll definitely go there again the next time I'm in Swansea.
