I was in this area heading from one errand in Louisville and on to one at Flatiron Crossing and third Starbucks is right by the eastbound ramp onto US36. Though the traffic patterns are a little odd here with the reverse diamond interchange, it's not that hard getting in if you make the correct lane choices if coming over the 36 overpass . It's on the south side of McCaslin at the traffic light and has a drivethru and a shared parking lot south of the building. Though the staff was handling drive thru orders, they immediately greeted me and took my order. Not always the case for walkin at a drive thru store. My drink was made quickly and correctly and I was on my way. The interior was pretty empty, only two people working on laptops at tables. So different than any of my usual stops at any of the Starbucks in Boulder where real estate for work is packed, all day every day. I'll be back sometime when I'm on an errand in the area again. read more

They always get my order correct and do a great job at keeping the customer areas clean. Sometime the customer service here is fantastic and sometimes it's lacking. When they first opened this location, the employees working the weekday afternoons were always on it. As of now, it's hit or miss. read more

Amazing !! I'm from NY but stopped by this starbucks in CO twice and both times the employees are super sweet and welcoming and get your order to you ASAP. They make terrific drinks and have great service. Wish I could attend more but I don't live in the area. read more

The staff are polite but whoever's making the drinks did mine wrong twice by going light on the espresso shots, making them hot when it's supposed to be cold, and pumping vanilla instead of caramel. read more

I forgot to order my bacon gouda sandwich, the manager figured out that was why it wasn't ready, didn't let me pay for it and walked it out to me. When I tried to pay by phone, he told me not to worry about it, and said, "It's the little things." Can't remember if it was Zac or Jac, had an earing and blonde hair. Then went inside to be annoying again and asked for two tall ice Waters for my kids, the lady inside was SO nice and made another one for the kid next to me who decided she was thirsty when she saw mine. I usually don't go to Starbucks, but needed to jump into a virtual meeting asap and it was across the street. As I rushed in the door to get my computer set up, everyone at the counter warmly said 'hello!' I told them I didn't have time to order but would do so after my meeting. A friendly woman approached me and offered to take my order. She brought over my cold brew as the meeting started and afterwards, paid and thanked the staff at the end. As I walked out to my car, another friendly guy was outside setting up the tables. "Have a beautiful day!" And it was and I did. Just stop by the Starbucks on Mccaslin and Marshall Road on the corner. Hannah was my barista. Very sweet very very well versed in customer service. When I walked in the door she said hello how are you. She had a nice handoff on my coffee with a smile and a straw. When I left she made sure she told me goodbye have a nice evening. Kudos to this Starbucks they have great customer service no matter if I go there early morning or in the late day. read more

This is a great Starbucks location. I stop here quite often as I work up the street and commute by in the AM to nursing school. I'm always greeted nicely and my drinks are on point. From all the visits here, only 2 times was the line backed up. Both those times, I was given free drinks for my wait. I believe the employees really enjoy their jobs. I'm happy to find my go-to coffee shop, even if it's a chain. read more

Don't order food here, I'm not sure why I'm stupid enough to continue to do it. 2 to 3 times a week I order food which is cold still. It seems they care more about the line moving quickly than they do actually cooking your food. read more

This location has the friendliest staff I have ever seen at any Starbucks. Went in on a snowy, lazy day when I was just wandering around Superior. They were extremely kind and welcoming, ended up having a pleasant conversation with the nice man at the register. On top of that, they had my order ready before I even finished paying. Every other Starbucks I've gone to, I've had to wait a little bit before getting my coffee, which I feel is to be expected, but this was just above and beyond what I had ever seen before. I don't go to Starbucks ultra regularly, maybe once a month, but this is by far the best one I have ever been to. read more

This location is probably the best Starbucks I've been to. It's a newer location and definitely looks and feels new when you walk in. Spacious interior with plenty of places to sit and chat or catch up on a little work. The wifi was a little sluggish but not as bad as other Starbucks I've been to. Extremely friendly staff! Despite it being my first time at this location, I received a warm greeting as if I were a regular. I've been sitting here for about two hours working on my laptop and have noticed that every interaction the staff has had with the customers has been friendly and helpful. My coffee was very good and the atmosphere has been very pleasant. Would absolutely come back to this location in the future. read more

What rude employees. You have one job and store hours for a reason, do your job until 9pm. They locked up and closed early. I pulled up to the drive thru around 8:48pm and nobody was answering. I actually called the stores number and I could here them say on the drive thru speaker "who the fuck is calling?!" And then continued to not answer. So I pulled around front and parked. Now 8:53pm and I walked up and doors were locked and I saw a girl with all her things on ready to go putting something away, I knocked on the window and she just pretended not to see me even though I knew she could. So I walked back to my car and then another girl came out and they both looked out at me indicating they had seen me. The least you could have done would have been to come to door and apologize that everything was already cleaned and shut down. That would have been more appropriate than just ignoring me.
