They bake bread and pastries in-house with locally sourced heirloom grain flour. They make breads with slow fermentation processes making the end product delicious and overall better for your body. AKA: A really high quality. You can purchase loaves of bread as well as grain flour and sourdough starter. They have options for vegetarians, vegans, and those that are gluten-free. In addition to sandwiches and pastries, they have salads, sides, and a nice coffee bar. The only alternative milk offered is oat milk. There's a cute little shop inside as well featuring local, artesian goods and foods. I like that there is indoor seating and a nice outdoor patio area along the main street. My first impression is that the interior passes the vibe check with cute little seating nooks for different size groups! There's actually a door from the coffee shop to one of the ice hockey arenas so I suppose if you're playing or watching a game at the sports stable, you can pop right over for a fresh coffee. Now for the coffee- I ordered a seasonal pumpkin spice latte. I could really taste the cinnamon and nutmeg, which is what I want from a good PSL. I also really liked the espresso - good quality medium roast, not too heavy or dark. In addition to coffee, they have tea, matcha, smoothies, and chai. There's a $.65 charge for almond milk and a $1.06 charge for oat milk. They offer a punchcard, and after 10 drinks you can earn a free drink. Overall, really good coffee in a super cute space!
