Went in to get a mug from NC as I started collecting them. I ordered my usual Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. I've ordered this drink many times before so I know what it's supposed to look like and taste like. My first one tasted solely like oatmilk. I made the line again and asked that the brown sugar pumps be added but the barista offered to remake it completely at no charge. I would have been okay with just the pumps but appreciate their willingness to redo it. There were many people there who were on their headphones evidently working on something so the space provides for that comfort to sit and work. read more

I come here often because of the convenience, but by far, one of the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. It would be much easier to drive to a different location, which is not exactly close. Over the last 6 months, especially, I can't think of a time I've ever waited less than 30 minutes for a drink. I'll typically place my order ahead by at least 30 minutes before I even leave the house, and I'll be lucky if it's ready when I get there. Today, specifically, I waited 50 minutes for two drinks. I mean, I get it, it's still hard times; but you have just got to do better than that. read more

This is the Starbucks that shines!! They handle heavy mobile orders being just off I-95 but their quest to give wonderful service never dims. I love brewed coffee and am delighted to receive a freshly brewed cup no matter the hour. The baristas here always greet me with a smile - just warms my heart. This is the Starbucks that I frequent and there have been a couple of times that I have gone in and my drink is made incorrectly. Each time they have been mobile orders. This morning I went in and I noticed my drink was not made correctly. I waited as everyone was busy and not one person acknowledged me. Stella was working mobile orders it seemed and finally she says "what are you waiting on??". As if I was being a bother. I told her that my drink was missing my cold foam & she rolled her eyes and said "ok". No smile, no apology, no we will get it fixed for you. She then comes takes the drink and another employee brings it back with the cold foam. I felt like she could have at least said sorry about that or have a good day or even just a here you go. This was the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Stopped for a "quick pick me up" for a trip. They were basically out of all the holiday drinks and limited condiments to include coffee holders. I waited 25 minutes for two drinks. They made one drink and spent another 5 minutes making the other drink. I could not understand why they didn't just make them at the same time. The workers were very nice and polite. Although, they moved with no sense of urgency or took into consideration how backed up they were in the drive through or inside. To make matters worst, they gave us a lid that was too big for a drink and my friend spilled hot coffee on her hand. Please hire more workers and prepare for the busy rush during the holiday season. I've been at this Starbucks location several times and have found it a real hit and miss proposition. One time everyone was friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. But then on two other occasions this Starbucks ranked amongst the worst I've ever been to with an inattentive staff, dirty looking floor and men's restroom. So if you stop by here, I really don't know what to tell you other than to say you're taking a chance. It just doesn't seem to be consistently the same in service or cleanliness. read more

The floors behind the counter, visible to the customers, were thick with grime from what looked liked a decade of neglect. I normally don't ever write reviews as I am also a barista and server and I really sympathize with service workers, however this Starbucks was incredibly poorly managed. We ordered 3 drinks and it took 40 minutes with 4 employees behind the bar and two out of three drinks were just made wrong. I totally understand getting overwhelmed with the rush of drinks and orders, however I wish that the employees had just been honest about how long it would be or at least pause the mobile orders or drive through if you can't handle it. All the employees seemed very sweet but extremely overworked and overwhelmed and I wish one of them had said it would be a fairly long wait. Hopefully they can figure something out but if you can't wait 30 minutes for coffee I would suggest going somewhere else. read more

I guess you have to click at least 1 star to give feedback. This was the worst experience I've ever had trying to get a plain old ordinary latte. We waited for 18 minutes before asking for our $ back and leaving empty handed. Why? Because they were making mobile orders that piled up on the bar melting with no customers in sight as well as taking care of drive through customers while 10 of us stood there inside waiting so long it was ridiculous. We're on a long drive road trip so the wait was particularly disappointing. When I finally gave up on our order and asked about the process I was told, "we can't just turn off mobile." I guess they also can't figure out how to adequately take care of 3 streams of customers despite the fact that they were so heavily staffed they were tripping over each other. Then they started telling people it would be an hour wait. They weren't telling customers in the beginning. People were getting refunds, leaving their drinks, baristas dumping out all the extras -it was chaos. No I don't feel sorry for you-I don't care if you're understaffed. Don't open the doors if you can't service customers, You tell people the proper time they have to wait- then they can make their choice. The drinks were fine and the staff was nice enough but WHY isn't there an accessible entrance? My son is in a wheelchair and I had to maneuver him up the two steps to get into the building. Furthermore, accessible parking is located on the other side of the building, next the adjacent Chipotle. My son relies on me to get around and I can easily push him a slightly longer distance or take him up a couple steps, but not every disabled person has someone with them. If an independently living wheelchair user wanted to enter this facility, I doubt they'd be able to on their own. If someone with a walker wanted to visit here, the walk from Chipotle to Starbucks may tire them out. I'll be contacting Starbucks directly as well. Lack of accessibility, especially in a multi-BILLION dollar establishment is unacceptable. read more

The restrooms were filthy, the floor was filthy, the glass on the fresh goods case was not clean, the store was poorly stocked and the staff were busy but slow and not all were working. They did not appear to function as a team and did not appear happy or concerned with their soft skills with regards to customer interaction. I have been to Starbucks all over the country and frequent Starbucks at least twice per week and have for all over 10 years. This Starbucks was truly an outlier in so many respects compared to my other experiences. The management needs to be retrained or changed. Like others reviewers had mentioned, service was incredibly slow. Nevertheless, it's essentially a new location, right? So it's good to be mindful of that fact. Still, I was standing in front of an unmanned register for almost ten minutes with a growing line of distressed patrons while the cashier attempted to personally fix a guest's (the third fix from what I heard) drink. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The baristas were kind though and apologized for the wait time. Nevertheless, parking is ample and this SBUX includes a drive through, which is convenient. There's a chipotle next door so yay, i can throw my money at my two favorite establishments within walking distance. read more
